Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种门芯板,是由两侧的硬质实木板和中间拉力板构成,两侧的硬质实木板贴合在中间拉力板的两面,中间拉力板具有隔离潮气、不变形开裂的性能,因此,在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,即使两侧的硬质实木板有发生变形和开裂的趋势,而在中间拉力板的稳定阻挡下,两侧的硬质实木板也不会真正的发生变形和开裂情形,以该门芯板制成的门特别适合在南方高温潮湿的环境下使用。

背景技术
门芯板是安装在门的四框的中间部分,现有的实木门芯板在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,极易发生变形和开裂,致使整个门受损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有实木门芯板在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,极易发生变形和开裂的问题,而提供一种在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,不会发生变形和开裂的门芯板。
本实用新型是由两侧的硬质实木板和中间拉力板构成,两侧的硬质实木板贴合在中间拉力板的两面,中间拉力板具有隔离潮气、不变形开裂的性能。
本实用新型不会发生变形、开裂的原理是:因中间拉力板具有隔离潮气、不变形开裂的性能,因此,在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,即使两侧的硬质实木板有发生变形和开裂的趋势,而在中间拉力板的稳定阻挡下,两侧的硬质实木板也不会真正的发生变形和开裂情形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在潮湿和干燥的交替作用下,也不会发生变形和开裂,以该门芯板制成的门特别适合在南方高温潮湿的环境下使用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,为本实用新型的实施例,其是由两侧的硬质实木板1和中间拉力板2构成,两侧的硬质实木板1贴合在中间拉力板2的两面,中间拉力板具有隔离潮气、不变形开裂的性能,在该实施例中,以高密度板作为中间拉力板2,也可以是其它具有隔离潮气、不变形开裂性能的板材,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
