背景技术
目前使用的地板均为三层或三层以上木质单板结构，这种结构所耗用木材较多，且成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，成本低，使用效果好的两层木质材料结构地板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：包括芯层，芯层上设置装饰面层，装饰面层为单板；芯层为定向刨花板、实木集成板、中高密度板或石塑板材。
芯层下表面设有底层；底层为三聚氰胺纸、防火纸或石塑板材。
单板厚度为 0.3-6mm 。底层厚度小于 5mm 。芯板为实木集成板时，单板与芯层木材纹理方向为同向或异向。
本实用新型结构合理，采用两层木质单板结构，可大量节省优质木材，降低成本，使用性能好。

具体实施方式
实施例 1 ：
一种两层木质材料结构地板，包括芯层 2 ，芯层上设置装饰面层 1 ，装饰面层为单板；芯层为定向刨花板、实木集成板、中高密度板或石塑板材。单板厚度为 0.3-6mm 。芯板为实木集成板时，单板与芯层木材纹理方向为同向或异向。
实施例 2 ：
一种两层木质材料结构地板，包括芯层 4 ，芯层上设置装饰面层 3 ，芯层下表面设有底层 5 ；底层为三聚氰胺纸、防火纸或石塑板材。底层厚度小于 5mm 。单板厚度为 0.3-6mm 。芯板为实木集成板时，单板与芯层木材纹理方向为同向或异向。

Claims (1)

1. 一种两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：包括芯层，芯层上设置装饰面层，装饰面层为单板；芯层为定向刨花板、实木集成板或中高密度板。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：芯层下表面设有底层；底层为三聚氰胺纸、防火纸或石塑板材。
3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：单板厚度为 0.3-6mm 。
4 ．根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：底层厚度小于 5mm 。
5. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的两层木质材料结构地板，其特征是：芯层为实木集成板时，单板与芯层木材纹理方向为同向或异向。
