Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，其结构是塑盖铆接在铝盖上，铆接孔开在铝盖的顶面中心，在铆接孔外围的铝盖顶面上制有同心圆型刻痕线。本实用新型可采用现有常规的铆合机自动完成塑盖与铝盖的定位、对接和铆合，生产过程简单快捷，铆合生产效率高。所制同心圆型刻痕线，使剥除塑盖后的铝盖开口形状规则，无毛刺。医护人员可从任何方向开启瓶盖，开启力度均匀，操作简单，无使用局限；特别是开口处不会钩挂棉丝，不会划伤或挂伤医护人员，使用安全可靠，无安全隐患。

本实用新型涉及一种药品包装容器的零件，具体地说是一种抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖。
背景技术
目前使用的抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，是将铝盖上的铆接中心孔周边布置成四点或六点的连接桥式结构，塑盖中心的铆接柱和铝盖中心孔定位对接后，塑盖中心铆柱塑化变形，向外侧翻边铆合成组合盖。使用时手掰药瓶顶部塑盖，通过塑盖铆柱与铝盖铆接后的结合力，使铝盖的连接桥断开，塑盖剥离，露出注射孔。这种铝塑组合盖的一个明显缺陷，是剥断连接桥后会在注射孔周边的连接桥断开处留下毛刺，在消毒使用时极易钩挂棉丝，甚至划伤或挂伤医护人员的手指，因此存在有安全隐患。
中国专利ZL02220302.8公开了一种“输液瓶铝塑组合盖”，该组合盖是在铝盖上面有塑料盖，铝盖上有个一端大一端小的长环形刻痕，在长环形刻痕内有偏心凸台，在偏心凸台上开有通孔，对应于偏心凸台通孔处的塑盖下表面上有塑料铆钉，其下端热塑铆合在偏心凸台上的通孔内，且塑料铆钉下端面与铝盖下表面处在同一平面上。
这种铝塑组合盖，由于塑盖上的偏心凸台要与铝盖上的偏心孔相铆接，因此对接定位困难，只能采用带有专用定位机构的机械进行生产，生产过程复杂，生产效率低下。在使用过程中也只能从特定的方向进行开启，因此存在有使用局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种可方便生产和使用的抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，塑盖铆接在铝盖上，所改进之处是铆接孔开在铝盖的顶面中心，在铆接孔外围的铝盖顶面上制有同心圆型刻痕线。
本实用新型是一种新型开启方式的抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，铝盖的铆接中心孔和塑盖的铆柱同现有的铝塑组合盖一样，分别设置在铝盖和塑盖的中心位置，因此在生产时，就可采用现有常规的铆合机自动完成塑盖与铝盖的定位、对接和铆合。其生产过程简单，快捷；铆合生产效率高，适宜推广使用。而制在铝盖顶面铆接孔外围的同心圆型刻痕线，使剥除塑盖后的铝盖开口位置呈圆形结构，开口形状规则，无毛刺。医护人员可从任何方向开启瓶盖，开启力度均匀，操作简单，无使用局限；特别是开口处不会钩挂棉丝，不会划伤或挂伤医护人员，使用安全可靠，无安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖包括铝盖2和塑盖1，其中在铝盖2的顶部开有铆接中心孔，铆接中心孔的外围制有圆型刻痕线3。塑盖1上的中心铆柱4穿过铝盖上的铆接中心孔后，通过热压铆接，即可使铝盖和塑盖铆接成铝塑组合盖。
铝盖2通过专用冲压模具生产，铝盖顶部的铆接中心孔及周边的闭合同心圆型刻痕线可一同制出，刻痕线3可以制在铝盖2顶面的正面或背面。
本实用新型生产过程简单快捷，医疗单位实际使用时方便卫生，操作简单，无安全隐患。

1、一种抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，塑盖(1)铆接在铝盖(2)上，其特征在于铆接孔开在铝盖(2)的顶面中心，在铆接孔外围的铝盖顶面制有同心圆型刻痕线(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的抗生素瓶铝塑组合盖，其特征在于刻痕线(3)制在铝盖(2)顶面的正面或背面。
