Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种脱水菜板，菜板内部设有空心夹层，在菜板表面均匀开设多个细小透水孔，与夹层保持相通；在菜板底部开设排水孔，排水孔与夹层相通连接，在排水孔处用橡胶塞封口。切割食物时，食物表面的水分掉落在板面上，这些水滴会透过排水孔掉落在夹层内，从而保持板面的干爽和清洁；当夹层内水量过大时，使用者可打开底部的橡胶塞，排除夹层内的水，以备下次使用。本实用新型具有结构简单、方便实用、外形精美、工艺合理等优点。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具，尤其是一种脱水菜板。
背景技术  众所周知，菜板是人们生活中最重要的切菜工具。但是，现在的菜板结构过于简单，存在不少不足，特别是在切菜时，蔬菜表面的水分很容易存留在菜板表面，造成板面潮湿、湿滑，不便于切割食物。为此，我们提供一种可保持板面干爽的新式菜板非常必要。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种脱水菜板，用于解决普通菜板无法排出表面水分的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型脱水菜板，菜板内部设有空心夹层，在菜板表面均匀开设多个细小透水孔，与夹层保持相通；在菜板底部开设排水孔，排水孔与夹层相通连接，在排水孔处用橡胶塞封口。
采用上述结构后，使用者可在菜板上正常切割各种食物，即使食物表面的水分掉落在板面上，这些水滴也会透过排水孔掉落在夹层内，从而保持了板面的干爽和清洁；当夹层内水量过大时，使用者可打开底部的橡胶塞，排除夹层内的水，以备下次使用。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、方便实用、外形精美、工艺合理，可保持板面干爽卫生，提供舒适方便的切割条件。
