背景技术
以往接地材料采用镀锌钢,连接主要采用电焊后涂沥青的方法实现接地线间的连接,随着接地要求的提高,铜包钢和铜作为接地材料越来越普遍,因为铜包钢材料导电性能好,目前采用的连接一般是放热熔接和铜质螺栓连接器进行连接,放热熔接操作技术复杂,且不可拆卸,成本较高;铜质螺栓连接器中的不锈钢螺栓时间长易腐蚀,易造成连接松脱,另外此法耗铜较多。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的采用一种接地线束紧连接器,从而克服了现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:接地线束紧连接器由连接器壳体、压紧螺母、锥形压紧套组成,锥形压紧套置于连接器壳体端头,并与连接器壳体相配合,压紧螺母与连接器壳体螺纹连接配合,连接器壳体、压紧螺母、锥形压紧套均为铜质材料。
所述的锥形压紧套开有压紧缝。
所述的接地线束紧连接器为直接结构、弯接结构、丁字结构和十字结构。
本实用新型结构简单,组装方便,而且成本低。

具体实施方式
在图1中,一种接地线束紧连接器由连接器壳体1、压紧螺母2、锥形压紧套3组成,锥形压紧套3置于连接器壳体1端头内,并与连接器壳体1相配合,压紧螺母2与连接器壳体1螺纹连接配合,连接器壳体、压紧螺母、锥形压紧套均为铜质材料。连接时锥形压紧套3置于连接器壳体1端头内,压紧螺母2与连接器壳体1螺纹连接配合,铜包钢线插入锥形压紧套3内,然后上紧压紧螺母2。
在图2中,锥形压紧套3开有压紧缝4,当压紧螺母2上紧时,压紧缝4收缩使连接器壳体1和铜包钢线实现紧密连接。
接地线束紧连接器可以为直接结构、弯接结构、丁字结构和十字结构。

1.接地线束紧连接器,由连接器壳体、压紧螺母、锥形压紧套组成,其特征在于:锥形压紧套置于连接器壳体端头,并与连接器壳体相配合,压紧螺母与连接器壳体螺纹连接配合,连接器壳体、压紧螺母、锥形压紧套均为铜质材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接地线束紧连接器,其特征在于:锥形压紧套开有压紧缝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接地线束紧连接器,其特征在于:接地线束紧连接器为直接结构、弯接结构、丁字结构和十字结构。
