本实用新型涉及一种光电复合信号线缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯外侧依次包裹有阻水带、金属铠装层、外护套层,所述的缆芯包括至少一个光纤单元、多个输电线单元,光纤单元包括松套管、设置于松套管内的光纤、填充在松套管与光纤之间的防水纤膏,所述的每个输电线单元包括导线、包裹导线的绝缘层,所述的缆芯还包括多个测电单元,测电单元包括铜导线、包裹所述铜导线的绝缘层,由于缆芯还设有测电单元,在施工需要校核通电的时候,可以利用该测电单元进行线缆的通电测试,从而提高了施工效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种通信电缆,特别涉及一种能同时传输光信号和电信号的光电复合线缆。
背景技术
现有的光电复合信号线缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯外侧依次包裹有阻水带、金属铠装层、外护套层,所述的缆芯包括至少一个光纤单元、多个输电线单元,所述的光纤单元包括松套管、设置于松套管内的光纤、填充在松套管与光纤之间的防水纤膏,每个输电线单元包括导线、包裹所述的导线的绝缘层,当施工完成后其可以进行光或电信号传输,在施工过程中,往往需要测试某段线缆是否可以正常通电以检测布线是否正确,但是此种光缆不能达到此目的。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种在施工过程中可以核对是否正常通电的光电复合信号线缆。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种光电复合信号线缆,包括缆芯,在所述的缆芯外侧依次包裹有阻水带、金属铠装层、外护套层,所述的缆芯包括至少一个光纤单元、多个输电线单元,所述的光纤单元包括松套管、设置于松套管内的光纤、填充在松套管与光纤之间的防水纤膏,所述的每个输电线单元包括导线、包裹所述的导线的绝缘层,所述的缆芯还包括多个测电单元,所述的测电单元包括铜导线、包裹所述铜导线的绝缘层。
更进一步地,所述的测电单元的铜导线的直径大于所述的输电线单元的导线的直径。
所述的缆芯还包括加强芯,所述的加强芯位于所述的光纤单元、输电线单元以及测电单元的中心。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:由于缆芯还包括测电单元,在施工需要校核通电的时候,可以利用该测电单元进行线缆的通电测量,从而提高了施工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图、举例详细说明本实用新型的具体内容:
如图1所示的光电复合信号线缆,其包括缆芯,缆芯包括一根光纤单元11、多根输电线单元12、多根测电单元13,光纤单元11用于传输光信号,光纤单元11包括松套管111、内设在松套管111中的经涂覆过的光纤112、填充在松套管111与光纤112之间的防水纤膏113。输电线单元12用于传输电信号,输电线单元12包括导线121、包裹导线121的绝缘层122,通常,每两根输电线单元12相按不同的节距相绞合从而可以避免串音、杂音的干扰。每个测电单元13包括铜导线131、包裹所述铜导线131的绝缘层132,为区别于所述的输电线单元12,测电单元的铜导线的直径大于输电线单元的导线直径,这样设置还同时提高了整个线缆的抗拉强度。在通电测试的时候,只需将测电单元的铜导线与外部电源相接即可,无需额外引入测试源。
为了进一步提高线缆的强度,缆芯中还设置有加强芯14,所述的光纤单元11、输电线单元12以及测电单元13围绕该加强芯14外周设置。
缆芯的外周还依次纵包有阻水带2、金属铠装层3以及聚乙烯外护套层4,从而保证线缆通信质量的同时,也使得本线缆更经久耐用。

Claims (3)

1、一种光电复合信号线缆,包括缆芯,在所述的缆芯外侧依次包裹有阻水带(2)、金属铠装层(3)、外护套层(4),所述的缆芯包括至少一个光纤单元(11)、多个输电线单元(12),所述的光纤单元(11)包括松套管(111)、设置于松套管(111)内的光纤(112)、填充在松套管(111)与光纤(112)之间的防水纤膏(113),所述的每个输电线单元(12)包括导线(121)、包裹所述的导线(121)的绝缘层(122),其特征在于:所述的缆芯还包括多个测电单元(13),所述的测电单元(13)包括铜导线(131)、包裹所述铜导线(131)的绝缘层(132)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光电复合信号线缆,其特征在于:所述的测电单元(13)的铜导线(131)的直径大于所述的输电线单元(12)的导线(121)的直径。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的光电复合信号线缆,其特征在于:所述的缆芯还包括加强芯(14),所述的加强芯(14)位于所述的光纤单元(11)、输电线单元(12)以及测电单元(13)的中心。
