背景技术
现有城区低压电力配电网使用的电缆,只有单一的电力传输功能,不具有传输光信号的功能,难以实现电力网、电信网、广电网、互联网多网融合的使用需要,也不能检测电力线路的工作状态、对电力使用进行智能化管理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种兼有光信号传输和电力传输功能的光纤复合低压电缆,用一根电缆就可以为用户提供电力网、电信网、广电网、互联网多网融合的入户使用,也能检测电力线路的工作状态、对电力使用进行智能化管理,一缆多用,可以避免重复布线,节约成本。
本实用新型提供的一种光纤复合低压电缆,包括缆芯、缆芯包带层及外护套,缆芯内具有电力传输导线,缆芯中央设有电力中性线,在缆芯内还设有光纤通信单元,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间依次设有内护套、钢带铠装层,在内护套内和外护套内分别设有撕裂绳。
本实用新型的光纤通信单元可以根据不同敷设场合的不同要求,分别采用全干层绞式结构、油膏填充层绞式结构、全干束管式结构和油膏填充束管式结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:兼有光纤通信和电力传输的复合功能,光电合一,用一根电缆就可以为用户提供电力网、电信网、广电网、互联网多网融合的入户使用,也能检测电力线路的工作状态、对电力使用进行智能化管理,一缆多用,可以避免重复布线,节约成本。

参照图1,将由导体2外包覆绝缘层3而构成的电力传输导线1与电力中性线5以及采用全干层绞式结构或油膏填充层绞式结构或全干束管式结构或油膏填充束管式结构制成的光纤通信单元6、阻水填充物4一起绞合制成缆芯11,再在缆芯11外依次包覆缆芯包带层8、内护套9、钢带铠装层10、外护套12,在包覆内护套9、外护套12时分别在内护套9内和外护套12内设置内护套撕裂绳7和外护套撕裂绳13,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种光纤复合低压电缆,包括缆芯、缆芯包带层及外护套,缆芯内具有电力传输导线,缆芯中央设有电力中性线,其特征在于在缆芯内还设有光纤通信单元,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间依次设有内护套、钢带铠装层,在内护套内和外护套内分别设有撕裂绳。
