本实用新型涉及一种用于金属管路联接的密封垫片，密封垫片设置于管路阳接头和阴接头之间，在密封垫片的内圈注塑有一圈密封橡胶层，密封垫片通过密封橡胶层粘结于阳接头的顶部，所述的阳接头上的密封垫片与阴接头端部密封，使管路内形成一密封回路，密封橡胶层与密封垫片是紧密结合在一起的。用密封密封垫片来代替O型圈，使用过程中可以防止阳接头插入阴接头时造成阳接头上的O型圈有可能会失稳被挤出阴接头，造成O型圈被挤坏，使用密封密封垫片就不用担心阳接头插入阴接头时会造成阳接头上的密封垫片被挤坏，从而影响密封垫片的密封效果，造成慢性泄漏，结构简单，密封可靠、稳定。

背景技术
目前普遍使用的管路间接形式的阳接头，联接时用螺钉将阳接头与阴接头的互相拧紧产生联接，依靠O型圈产生密封效果。这种联接方式密封不太可靠，在使用过程中当阳接头插入阴接头时会造成阳接头上的O型圈有可能会失稳被挤出阴接头，造成O型圈杯挤坏，从而影响O型圈的密封效果，造成泄漏，并且还为以后的维修、更换带来了很大的不便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供了一种便于装配，密封可靠的用于金属管路联接的密封垫片。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是：一种用于金属管路联接的密封垫片，密封垫片设置于管路阳接头和阴接头之间，在密封垫片的内圈注塑有一圈密封橡胶层，密封垫片通过密封橡胶层粘结于阳接头的顶部。
所述的阳接头上的密封垫片与阴接头端部密封，使管路内形成一密封回路。
本实用新型的有益效果是：整个装配过程快捷、安全，才通用密封密封垫片代替原先的O型圈，可提高管路接口处的密封效果，从而达到了联接快捷，密封可靠及稳定的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的用于金属管路联接的密封垫片，密封垫片1设置于管路阳接头2和阴接头3之间，在密封垫片1的内圈注塑有一圈密封橡胶层4，密封垫片1通过密封橡胶层4粘结于阳接头2的顶部。所述的阳接头2上的密封垫片1与阴接头3端部密封，使管路内形成一密封回路。
在密封垫片1的内圈注塑上了一圈用来代替O型圈的密封橡胶层4，密封橡胶层4与密封垫片1是紧密结合在一起的，装配时将密封垫片1直接装入阳接头2，阳接头2插入阴接头3中，阴接头3的端部至阳接头2底部密封垫片1时，用螺钉将阴接头3与阳接头2相互联接并拧紧，是阴接头3和阳接头2联接，并使中间的密封垫片1产生变形，从而产生联接及密封的效果。可以防止阳接头2插入阴接头3时造成阳接头2上的密封圈有可能会失稳被挤出阴接头3，影响密封圈的密封效果，造成泄露，特别适用于汽车空调联接管路的联接。

1.一种用于金属管路联接的密封垫片，密封垫片(1)设置于管路阳接头(2)和阴接头(3)之间，其特征在于：在密封垫片(1)的内圈注塑有一圈密封橡胶层(4)，密封垫片(1)通过密封橡胶层(4)粘结于阳接头(2)的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于金属管路联接的密封垫片，其特征在于：所述的阳接头(2)上的密封垫片(1)与阴接头(3)端部密封，使管路内形成一密封回路。
