Abstract

本实用新型提供一种负载式跑步机。它是在现有的跑步机上安装增阻装置使运动者在增加阻力的状态下进行训练。它是由一对摆臂装置和一组双脚固定装置组成。当运动者推拉由齿轮、齿条、连杆与增阻装置相连接的摆臂杆时双手不论向前或向后运动都可受到阻力，而且其阻力可调整。再有双脚固定装置受力后做前后运动时可通过拉绳带动绳轮与增阻装置相连接。这样双脚不论向前或向后运动均可受到阻力，而且其阻力可调整。同时不受力的拉绳将被装有超越离合器和扭力弹簧的绳轮将其自动收回。为阻止身体前、后移动本机还装有身体定位装置。另外摆臂装置的高度和倾斜角度及水平角度可根据运动者的自身情况调整。若卸载其所有增阻装置和阻力可做普通跑步机使用。

本实用新型涉及一种负载式跑步机。
背景技术
现市场上销售的跑步机与本人在专利网上检索到的跑步机，它们均是使运动者在跑步机上做自由运动，有的用脚踏板与地面的倾斜角度来减少阻力甚至还有用电动来减少阻力的。它们很难满足专业人员对技术和力量训练的要求。
另有在2001年11月23日03249275.8的专利申请中揭示了一种《跑步机的摆臂结构》他只是通过一个摆臂的弧来解决运动不适，但它并不是一个实际跑步运动的摆臂曲线，也并未增加阻力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种能够使运动者在增加阻力的状态下对运动者进行跑步训练的负载式跑步机。
为解决上述技术问题本实用新型在现有的跑步机上安装增阻装置和用来固定双脚的双脚固定装置及能够完成双臂摆动曲线的摆臂装置。
因为双脚固定装置通过拉绳和绳轮与增阻装置相连接，这样双脚不论向前或向后运动均可受阻力。其增阻装置可通过螺钉调整摩擦力的大小来调整其阻力的大小。
另摆臂装置的摆臂杆通过齿轮、齿条、连杆与摆臂装置的增阻装置相连接，这样双手不论向前或向后运动均可受到阻力。而且其阻力可通过调整出、进气孔的大小调整其阻力的大小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明具体实施方式。当训练者在跑步机上做运动时，将双脚固定在双脚固定装置9上，双手握住摆臂装置的摆臂杆19。当第一只脚向前运动时通过后拉绳2带动后绳轮1，由于后绳轮1通过轮轴与增阻装置12相连接，因此第一只脚在做向前运动时可受到阻力。增阻装置的结构可用气压、液压、摩擦的方法，本图只选用摩擦式一种，此方法的结构和其它方法的结构均不复杂在此不作说明。当另一只脚向后运动时与向前运动的第一只脚同样原理可通过前拉绳10带动前绳轮11可受到阻力。由于绳轮内装有扭力弹簧和超越离合器可将不受力的拉绳收回。当第一只脚向后另一只脚向前运动时与前所述方向相反原理相同既可受到阻力。因为前、后绳轮上都装有增阻装置，所以双脚不论向前或向后运动时均可获得阻力。其阻力大小可通过螺钉14调整转轮15与摩擦片13的摩擦力来完成。
当运动者做摆臂动作时手臂推拉摆臂杆19，由于摆臂杆通过齿轮5齿条6连杆20与摆臂装置的增阻装置7相联接，手臂不论向前或向后运动时均可受到阻力。
摆臂装置的增阻装置可用摩擦、液压、气压的方法增加阻力。本图只给出一种气压的方法作为说明。增阻装置的阻力大小可根据运动者的需要通过调整出、进气孔21、22的大小来调整其阻力。
因为每个人的身高不同摆臂姿势略有差异，在摆臂装置支架8上设有可通过手轮16、17调整方向和角度的升降杆18。
由于双脚和双手前后运动的力量不相等所以身体就要向前或向后移动。为防止身体移动，在跑步机上安装防止身体移动的定位装置，定位装置由拉绳3与腰带4所组成。因身体向后移动的可能性很小，附图没有给出。
卸载所有增阻装置的阻力，在前面加上扶手同时旋转摆臂装置的水平角度可做普通跑步机使用。因扶手的结构非常简单在此不作说明。

1 一种负载式跑步机，是在增阻状态下对运动者进行训练，其特征在于；在跑步机上安装增阻装置。
2 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机，其特征在于：在跑步机上安装用来固定双脚的双脚固定装置(9)，其双脚固定装置(9)与增阻装置(12)相连接。
3根据权利要求1所述的跑步机，其特征在于：在跑步机上安装能够完成摆臂曲线的摆臂装置(19)，其摆臂装置(19)与增阻装置(7)相连接。
4 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机，其特征在于：在跑步机上安装由拉绳(3)和腰带(4)组成的阻止身体前后移动的身体定位装置。
