背景技术
在高压SF6断路器瓷套的湿法生产工艺中,其釉坯件上砂后的装窑、高温焙烧工序是个难题,细高比系数在8以上的瓷套尤其如此,究其原因,是瓷套吊头为平吊头,其上端为大直径柱面,下端是同轴的小直径柱面,这样在采用坐吊烧工艺对釉坏件进行高温焙烧时就会带来应力集中的问题,常常使高大产品发生起吊开裂或断裂事故,致使其直线度公差达不到要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要通过对整体成型断路器瓷套吊头结构的改变,以解决高大产品采用坐吊烧工艺进行高温焙烧时产生应力集中的问题,显著提高产品的焙烧合格率。
本实用新型所谓的整体成型断路器瓷套的倒圆锥形吊头,其特征在于:所述吊头从上到下依次包含同轴的大直径柱面、转接锥面和小直径柱面,而所述转接锥面的大头直径与所述大直径柱面的直径相同,所述转接锥面的小头直径与所述小直径柱面的直径相同。
本实用新型较好的解决了坐吊烧时难以达到的高大产品直线度公差要求的难题,倒圆锥形吊头可保证釉坯件在高温焙烧过程中免遭应力集中之害,可显著提高产品的合格率。
