Abstract

太阳能热水器承压水箱的一种防混水装置。在承压水箱的下半段,在正对冷水进水口的上侧固定一个挡板,使有压力的冷水在进入水箱后先喷在挡板上,经挡板反射或阻挡后再慢慢将水箱的水位抬高。这样能有效地防止了冷水在较大的进水压力下直喷水箱的上部,避免新进入的冷水与水箱内热水马上混合。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器承压水箱,尤其涉及一种顶水式承压水箱的防止冷热水混合的装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的太阳能热水器承压水箱大都采用顶水式,即从承压水箱的下部将冷水以自来水的压力压入承压水箱,并将水箱内的热水从水箱上部顶出。这种取水方式简单方便,应用广泛。但压入水箱的冷水因压力较高,易将水箱中的热水冲动而使冷热水混合,影响热水的使用效果。
发明内容
为了克服采用顶水式使用方法的太阳能热水器承压水箱的冷热水易混合的问题,本实用新型提供了一种防混水装置,该防混水装置结构简单,制造方便,能有效地防止太阳能热水器承压水箱在使用时水箱下部顶入的冷水混合水箱上半段的热水。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在水箱的下半段,在正对冷水进水口的上侧固定一个挡板,使有压力冷水在进入水箱后先喷在挡板上,经挡板反射或阻挡后再慢慢将水箱的水位抬高。这样能效地防止了冷水在较大的进水压力下直喷水箱的上部,避免新进入的冷水与水箱内的热水马上混合。

具体实施方式
在图1中,承压内桶4外面有水箱外壳2,在承压水桶4与水箱外壳2之间有保温材料3,挡板5通过联接杆7与承压内桶4固连,进水口6安装在承压水箱4的下端,出水口1安装在承压水箱4的上端。

1、太阳能热水器承压水箱的一种防混水装置,其特征是:水箱的承压内桶内,有挡板将承压内桶分上下两层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器承压水箱的一种防混水装置,其特征是:承压内桶内固定的挡板与进水口间有间距。
