背景技术
现有技术中的毯子通常由毛绒材料制成，用于保暖御寒。这种毯子功能单一，无法满足人们需求，特别是儿童在盖毯子或者睡觉过程中经常踢毯，一不小心容易着凉；更有儿童或大人喜欢抱着枕头或玩具睡方能入睡或睡得更安稳。为此，很多厂商进行了开发设计，丰富毯子的功能。
专利号为ZL200520121225.9，名称为“一种多功能毯具”的中国实用新型专利(申请日：2005年12月23日，授权公告日：2007年1月17日，授权公告号：CN2857708Y)公开了一种由绒布类材料制作的多功能毯具，在毯子靠近一角的位置，设有由绒布制作的动物造型的鼻子、两只耳朵、双手、双脚及塑料制作的两只眼睛；矩形的绒布外套设有袖筒和短袖，绒布的两端设有百塔扣。这样的毯具展开时为毯子，不同的折叠方式可变成玩具、枕和暖手筒。然而，这种毯具并未解决儿童睡觉时喜爱盖毯子或者睡觉过程中踢毯子等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种在儿童睡觉时可以抱着旁边的玩具入睡的玩具毯，这种玩具毯让儿童自觉喜欢盖毯子或在睡觉过程中由于抱着玩具而不易踢开毯子而着凉。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：
一种玩具毯，包括毯子，在毯子靠近人体头部的位置设有由柔性材料制成的立体玩具，该立体玩具在人盖上毯子后与人体头部并排。
所述的立体玩具为布绒玩具，其形状为动物造型或卡通造型。
所述的立体玩具为手偶或指偶，手偶或指偶设有可伸入人手或手指控制手偶的空腔。
所述的手偶或指偶内设有声光装置。
由于采用了上述结构，儿童或大人在盖上毯子后，玩具即“睡”在旁边，儿童或大人可与喜爱玩具相拥而睡，从而更容易入睡或睡得安稳；当然，也可以边玩玩具边睡或由大人讲故事等哄着入睡，让儿童爱上睡眠，同时改善大人的睡眠。在睡觉过程中，由于一直抱着玩具，即使平时喜欢踢毯子也不易把毯子踢开，不会因没盖毯子而着凉。

如图1所示：本实用新型的玩具毯包括毯子10，毯子10采用天鹅绒或法兰绒等绒布类材料制作成；在毯子10靠近人体头部的位置设有由柔性材料制成的立体玩具20，立体玩具20动物造型或卡通造型等多种形式，立体玩具20在人盖上毯子10后与人体头部并排；毯子10与柔性材料制成的立体玩具20固定可通过诸如缝合，搭扣，绑定等多种固定方式。
实施例1：
在毯子10靠近人体头部的位置缝合有小动物造型的立体玩具，立体玩具在人盖上毯子10后与人体头部并排。
实施例2：
在毯子10靠近人体头部的位置缝合指偶玩具，指偶玩具在人盖上毯子10后与人体头部并排，选用指偶玩具时应当使指偶玩具能够能容纳大人与儿童的手，方便大人和小孩交替使用指偶玩具。
实施例3：
在毯子10靠近人体头部的一端上缝合手偶玩具，手偶玩具在人盖上毯子10后能与人体头部并排，选用手偶玩具时，需使手偶玩具能够能容纳大人与儿童的手，同时在手偶玩具内设置有声光装置，手偶玩具内的声光装置通电使用时后能发出声音和光亮吸引小朋友，让小朋友睡觉时更开心。
盖上玩具毯时立体玩具能靠在肩上一起睡，立体玩具亦可当枕头或是并肩一起睡，小朋友还可以边玩玩偶边睡觉，小孩也甘心盖被子，给儿童带来不少的乐趣；也能给家长带来更多方便。

1、一种玩具毯，包括毯子，其特征在于：在毯子靠近人体头部的位置设有由柔性材料制成的立体玩具，该立体玩具在人盖上毯子后与人体头部并排。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玩具毯，其特征是所述的立体玩具为布绒玩具，其形状为动物造型或卡通造型。
3、根据权利要求2所述的玩具毯，其特征是所述的立体玩具为手偶或指偶，手偶或指偶设有可伸入人手或手指控制手偶的空腔。
4、根据权利要求3所述的玩具毯，其特征是所述的手偶或指偶内设有声光装置。
