本实用新型公开了一种内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头,包括冷缩中间接头,冷缩中间接头内设置两端与电缆主绝缘相接的压接管,在压接管与电缆主绝缘接口处绕包有热溶胶,热溶胶外套装热缩管。本实用新型结构合理,即使导体芯内有积水,也渗漏不出来,保证了硅橡胶内、外半导电屏蔽层之间的绝缘性。采用这种技术措施后,同时防止了电缆绝缘的回缩特性,避免了气隙的产生,保证了中间接头的安全性、可靠性。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆接头。
背景技术:
电缆中间接头主要有主绝缘体,内半导电屏蔽层,外半导电屏蔽层这几部分,中间接头主绝缘体把内、外半导电屏蔽层绝缘。中间接头在安装时,内半导电屏蔽层把导体压接管及一部分电缆主绝缘屏蔽,外半导电屏蔽层与金属屏蔽层接通。目前,用冷缩中间接头连接电缆时,仅考虑外防水的问题,即使用多种措施防止水分从电缆或接头外保护层渗透进入导体内部,而没有考虑一旦电缆芯内有积水时,该如何防范。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,可有效防止水分从电缆或接头外保护层渗透进入导体内部的内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头,其特征是:包括冷缩中间接头,冷缩中间接头内设置两端与电缆主绝缘相接的压接管,在压接管与电缆主绝缘接口处绕包有热溶胶,热溶胶外套装热缩管。
冷缩之间接头有冷缩中间接头主绝缘体,冷缩中间接头主绝缘体内、外侧分别设置内、外屏蔽层。
本实用新型结构合理,即使导体芯内有积水,也渗漏不出来,保证了硅橡胶内、外半导电屏蔽层之间的绝缘性。采用这种技术措施后,同时防止了电缆绝缘的回缩特性,避免了气隙的产生,保证了中间接头的安全性、可靠性。

一种内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头,包括冷缩中间接头1,冷缩中间接头内设置两端与电缆主绝缘2相接的压接管3,在压接管3与电缆主绝缘接口处绕包有热溶胶4,热溶胶4外套装热缩管5。冷缩之间接头有冷缩中间接头主绝缘体6,冷缩中间接头主绝缘体内、外侧分别设置内、外屏蔽层7、8。图中还有电缆导体芯9。

1、一种内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头,其特征是:包括冷缩中间接头,冷缩中间接头内设置两端与电缆主绝缘相接的压接管,在压接管与电缆主绝缘接口处绕包有热溶胶,热溶胶外套装热缩管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内防水式中、低压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆冷缩直通接头,其特征是:冷缩之间接头有冷缩中间接头主绝缘体,冷缩中间接头主绝缘体内、外侧分别设置内、外屏蔽层。
