本实用新型涉及金属卤化物灯领域,特别是一种适用于印刷平印、凸印、PS版硒版的金属碘镓灯。
背景技术
金属碘镓灯是一种金属卤化物灯又称金属卤素灯,金属碘镓灯是在石英玻璃放电腔内,充入碘化镓、定量的汞及稀有气体,两端有钨丝电极。金属碘镓灯点燃后,开始放电时是暗淡的光。放电的热量逐渐加热放电腔,使放电腔的温度慢慢升高,汞和碘化镓的蒸气分子迅速增加,并扩散到电弧中参与放电。随着蒸气压力的升高,工作电压也升高,电流减小。待工作电压和工作电流正常后,就进入稳定的工作状态,发出强烈的光。另外,灯点燃后,放电产生的热量加热放电腔,附着在管壁内的碘化镓从管壁处蒸发,然后向电弧中心扩散。当碘化镓分子扩散进入高温电弧中心后,碘化镓分子在电弧的高温下分解成金属原子和卤素原子。金属原子在电弧中受激而发出该金属的特性光谱。另一方面,电弧中心的金属原子和卤素原子也向管壁扩散,而管壁温度远低于电弧温度。当金属原子和卤素原子在比较冷的管壁区域相遇时,它们将再次化合形成卤化物。卤化物再向电弧中心扩散,如此往复循环,不断地向电弧提供金属蒸气,使灯不断地辐射出强烈的光。
原有的金属碘镓灯在放电腔和芯柱的圆弧结合处的温度和放电腔的温度不均一,影响金属碘镓灯的使用效果,同时也影响到金属碘镓灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述的不足,本实用新型提供了一种高效,使用效果好,寿命长的金属碘镓灯。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种金属碘镓灯,包括灯头、芯柱、芯柱内的电极、放电腔,在放电腔和芯柱的结合处涂抹保温涂层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:放电腔和芯柱的结合处的保温涂层使此处的温度与中部的圆形放电腔的温度均匀,提高了参加放电的碘化镓的数量,使金属碘镓灯放电高效,放电效果好,同时提高了金属碘镓灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种金属碘镓灯,包括灯头1,芯柱2,芯柱2内的电极3,放电腔4,在放电腔4和芯柱2的结合处涂抹保温涂层5。
放电腔和芯柱的结合处的保温涂层使此处的温度与中部的圆形放电腔的温度均匀,提高了参加放电的碘化镓的数量,使金属碘镓灯放电高效,放电效果好,同时提高了金属碘镓灯的使用寿命。
