Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种组合式单向轴承的外圈体,按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,在管状的外圈本体的内圆周表面一端开设有横断面呈圆弧状的外滚珠槽,在外滚珠槽外侧的外圈本体的内圆周表面设有横断面呈“∟”状的卡槽,在外圈本体的内圆周表面设有若干凹形曲线,相邻两组凹形曲线首位相接,且所述凹形曲线的一端为弧形段,另一端为直线段,弧形段与直线段之间为圆滑过渡的过渡段,在凹形曲线外侧的外圈本体的内圆周表面设有凹槽。本实用新型在安装使用时滚动体不易脱落,避免降低机械的工作效率,而且具有结构简单的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承外圈体,尤其是一种组合式单向轴承的外圈体。
背景技术
在纺机以及印刷机械上普遍使用单向轴承,目前一般的单向轴承包括内圈、外圈以及它们之间的离合器内芯、楔块滚子、上盖、下盖、保持架、定位边、收紧弹簧、弹簧槽以及横杆等部件构成,由于外圈的结构原因,使得楔块滚子容易滑脱,降低机械的工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种使用时滚动体不易脱落、避免降低机械的工作效率的组合式单向轴承的外圈体。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,在管状的外圈本体的内圆周表面一端开设有横断面呈圆弧状的外滚珠槽,在外滚珠槽外侧的外圈本体的内圆周表面设有横断面呈“”状的卡槽,在外圈本体的内圆周表面设有若干凹形曲线,相邻两组凹形曲线首位相接,且所述凹形曲线的一端为弧形段,另一端为直线段,弧形段与直线段之间为圆滑过渡的过渡段,在凹形曲线外侧的外圈本体的内圆周表面设有凹槽。
本实用新型在安装使用时滚动体不易脱落,避免降低机械的工作效率,而且具有结构简单的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示:在管状外圈本体1的内圆周表面一端开设有横断面呈圆弧状的外滚珠槽11,在外滚珠槽11外侧的外圈本体1的内圆周表面设有横断面呈“”状的卡槽12,在外圈本体1的内圆周表面设有若干凹形曲线,相邻两组凹形曲线首位相接,且所述凹形曲线的一端为弧形段13,另一端为直线段15,弧形段13与直线段15之间为圆滑过渡的过渡段14,在凹形曲线外侧的外圈本体1的内圆周表面设有凹槽16。
使用时,每个凹形曲线的一端为可让滚柱在其间运动的弧形段13,另一端为与内圈体的间距小于滚柱的直径的直线段15,弧形段13与直线段15之间为圆滑过渡的过渡段14,在对应于每个凹形曲线的弧形段13的滚柱与滚柱保持架之间分别放置可使滚柱在静态下靠近凹形曲线的直线段15的弹簧。使得当外圈体1或者内圈体固定时,内圈体或者外圈体1可以运动时,凹形曲线可以限制滚柱的运动方向,即滚柱只能沿一个方向运动,形成单向轴承。由于滚动体被限制在外圈体与内圈体之间的弧形段13内,使得滚柱不易脱落。

1、一种组合式单向轴承的外圈体,包括呈管状的外圈本体(1),外圈本体(1)的内圆周表面一端开设有横断面呈圆弧状的外滚珠槽(11),其特征是:在外滚珠槽(11)外侧的外圈本体(1)的内圆周表面设有横断面呈状的卡槽(12),在外圈本体(1)的内圆周表面设有若干凹形曲线,相邻两组凹形曲线首位相接,且所述凹形曲线的一端为弧形段(13),另一端为直线段(15),弧形段(13)与直线段(15)之间为圆滑过渡的过渡段(14),在凹形曲线外侧的外圈本体(1)的内圆周表面设有凹槽(16)。
