背景技术：
目前电力生产系统在维修时均使用杆式接地棒或枪式接地棒对停电设备进行装设接地线。在装设距离较短时，用绝缘杆带着线夹进行装设非常实用，但是绝缘杆一但加长，或在大风天气下操作，或作业环境光线不好的情况下操作，则极不方便，而且绝缘杆头与线夹衔接处极易脱离，现场操作人最担心的就是线夹脱落危及人身安全、损伤瓷瓶或砸坏设备。所以操作人员在装设接地线时习惯性产生一种障碍性心情，唯恐线夹脱落伤及自己，损坏设备，延误送电，引发责任事故，所以操作中小心再小心，注意再注意。尽管如此，线夹脱落现象还是时有发生。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型提供了一种接地线线夹防脱落装置，它结构简单，使用方便，安全可靠，解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括绝缘杆，在绝缘杆的上端设有连接座，在连接座下方的绝缘杆一侧固连有一套管，在套管的一侧设有可置入地线的开口。
为了使装设地线更安全，在开口两侧的套管边沿之间设有防止地线脱出的子母扣。
为了使装设地线更安全，所述开口为弯曲形开口或倾斜开口。
本实用新型采用在连接座下方的绝缘杆一侧固连一套管，在套管的一侧设置可置入地线的开口，可将线夹安装到绝缘杆的连接座，将地线置入套管中，此时在线路中进行装设地线，即使线夹从连接座中脱落，由于线夹尺寸大于套管直径，套管会将线夹挡住防止其落下伤及操作人员、损伤瓷瓶或砸坏设备，使操作更安全；在开口两侧的套管边沿之间设有防止地线脱出的子母扣，将所述开口设置为弯曲形开口或倾斜开口，可防止线夹脱落时地线从套管中脱出，使装设过程更安全。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过具体实施方式，并结合其附图，对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括绝缘杆1，在绝缘杆1的上端设有连接座2，在连接座2下方的绝缘杆1一侧固连有一套管3，在套管3的一侧设有可置入地线的开口4。
如图3所示，为了使装设地线时更安全，本实用新型在开口4两侧的套管3边沿之间还设有防止地线脱出的子母扣5。
如图4所示，为了使装设地线时更安全，本实用新型所述开口4为弯曲形开口或倾斜开口。
使用时，将地线置入套管3中，把线夹固连在连接座2上，即可手持绝缘杆1对线路进行装设地线。如果线夹脱落，由于套管3的直径小于线夹的尺寸，套管3可挡住线夹防止其落下，伤及操作人员、损伤瓷瓶或砸坏设备，使操作过程更安全。在开口4两侧的套管3边沿之间设有防止地线脱出的子母扣5，将所述开口4设置为弯曲形开口或倾斜开口，可防止线夹脱落时地线从套管3中脱出，使装设过程更安全。

1、一种接地线线夹防脱落装置，包括绝缘杆，在绝缘杆的上端设有连接座，其特征在于：在连接座下方的绝缘杆一侧固连有一套管，在套管的一侧设有可置入地线的开口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种接地线线夹防脱落装置，其特征在于：在开口两侧的套管边沿之间设有防止地线脱出的子母扣。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种接地线线夹防脱落装置，其特征在于：所述开口为弯曲形开口或倾斜开口。
