Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种照明组件,包括便携式灯单元,便携式灯单元可单独作为光源使用,或者与基座单元接合以永久或暂时地附着到表面上。该灯单元具有组合在一起提供便携式光源的光发射装置、电源和操作装置。当与基座单元关联时,灯单元可拆卸地保持在基座单元中,从而不仅能够用作固定位置的灯单元,而且可容易地拆卸以用作便携式光源。
Description
本申请是2007年1月18日提交的、名称为“便携式和可安装的电灯泡和固定装置”的第200720001260.6号申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明组件,尤其涉及一种便携式和可安装的照明组件。
背景技术
现有技术中已经描述了用于摩托车等车辆上、烘箱中以及作为手提灯的可移动的电灯组件,例如参见美国专利5,820,254、6,461,010和7,014,459。与常规的手电筒(flashlight)不同,这些装置允许将照明组件安装或布置在使用的位置上,并能够拆卸以进行存储、更换或安装。
与关闭或开放环境中的光源相同,这些已知的现有技术的装置具有一定的缺陷。例如,摩托车的照明组件不能与车辆分离而作为分立光源。类似地,烘箱照明组件不能脱离烘箱而作为光源使用。此外,虽然这些手提电灯是便于携带且实用的分立装置,但典型的手提灯手电筒,和手电筒一样,没有被设计成可安装到表面上。
本实用新型通过提供一种分立电灯解决了常规的可移动电灯的缺陷,该分立电灯可以被安装在环境中以作为永久或暂时的固定装置而长期使用,并且无需使用工具便可以方便地拆除以作为便携式光源使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种既便于携带又可安装的照明组件。该照明组件不仅可以附着在表面上作为固定光源而且可容易地拆卸以作为便携式照明装置使用。特别是,本实用新型的照明组件包含保持元件,其不仅可被安装到表面而且可释放地保持发光元件。无需使用任何工具就可以使发光元件与该保持元件结合或分离,当发光元件从该保持元件拆卸下来时可以作为分立光源使用。该保持元件可以永久或暂时地附着在表面以便于在需要或希望的地方增加光源。关联的发光元件是可拆卸的和便于携带的。
本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种照明组件,其包括:(1)便携式灯单元,具有光发射装置、电源以及用于启动电源的操作装置,其中光发射装置具有至少一个光源,例如白炽光、卤光、荧光、高强度放电管、发光二极管和/或激光;以及(2)基座单元,其具有可释放地保持上述灯单元的保持装置和将上述基座单元附着在表面上的紧固装置。
在照明组件的便携式灯单元中,电源可以是一节或多节电池或外部电源。灯单元的操作装置还可以包括连接到电源上的启动器,并且可以是绳(string)、按钮、滑动开关和/或传感器等。灯单元还可以包括封闭灯单元至少一部分的透光罩,其中该罩具有用于连接到灯单元上的螺纹型、卡合型或其它类型的连接器。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种用于照明组件的基座单元的保持装置,允许灯单元无锁定地滑入和滑出保持装置,以使灯单元可容易且方便地拆除。保持装置可以是套管、钩和环紧固件、夹具、插口、空腔和/或凹槽。灯组件基座单元的紧固装置可以是粘合剂、螺钉、钉、螺栓和/或榫钉。
灯组件的基座单元可暂时或永久地连接到例如墙壁、顶篷、搁板或门等表面上。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种具有便携式灯单元和基座单元的照明组件,该便携式灯单元具有光发射装置、电源和用于启动电源的操作装置,其中所述光发射装置具有至少一个光源。基座单元具有可释放地保持所述灯单元的保持装置和将所述基座单元连接到表面上的紧固装置。操作装置可以启动电源,光发射装置可以具有至少一个光源。保持装置允许灯单元无锁定地滑入和滑出,并可以具有套管、钩和环紧固件、夹子、插口、空腔和/或凹槽。同时,紧固装置可以是粘合剂、螺钉、钉、螺栓和/或榫钉。此外,基座单元可以永久或暂时地连接到墙壁、顶篷、搁板和/或门等表面上。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种封闭灯单元至少一部分的透光罩。该罩可以具有连接到灯单元上的连接器,该连接器可以是螺纹连接型、卡合型或其它类型连接器。
本实用新型的另一目的在于将至少一节电池作为光源,该电源由启动器启动,该启动器可以是绳、按钮、滑动开关和/或传感器等。同时,光源可以是白炽光、卤光、荧光、高强度放电管、发光二极管和/或激光。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种使用如上所述的照明组件的方法,其包括下列步骤:(a)将基座单元安装到表面上;(b)将灯单元滑入基座单元中;和(c)利用操作装置启动电源。该方法还包括下列步骤:(a)将灯单元滑出基座单元;和(b)运送灯单元。

具体实施方式
参考附图,图1示出了本实用新型一个实施方式的分立的灯单元10。灯单元10包括光发射装置20、封装电源40(图2)的壳体30、和位于壳体30外部的操作装置50。灯单元10是便于携带的,即,能够独立地运行。光发射装置20的光源60可以是能够照亮区域的任何光源,例如白炽光、卤光、荧光、高强度放电管、发光二极管、激光或者是这些或其它光源的任意组合。
在如图3所示的一个实施方式中,光源60是为了延长使用寿命和减少能量消耗而充有氪气的卤素灯泡。光源60可以直接安装到壳体30上,但是在一个实施方式中可以通过安装于平台80的螺纹连接器70连接,如图2和图3所示。通常,螺纹连接器70与电源40之间的电连接通过开关(未示出)实现。
壳体30内的电源40具有至少一个直流电源,例如一节或多节电池100(如图4中灯单元的一个实施方式的仰视立体图所示),或具有通过壳体30中的插孔连接的外部电源。这种外部电源可以是来自常规电输出(未示出)的交流电源或混合电源的变压器。当灯单元位于基座单元200(图5)中并且基座单元靠近常规的电源插座安装时,外部电源尤其有用。图4示出了用于将电源40例如一节或多节电池放入壳体30中的门110。
灯单元10的操作装置50具有允许电源40启动的启动器(未示出)。在一个实施方式中,操作装置50为绳。然而,可以使用其它任意的开关启动器,例如按钮、滑动开关、传感器等等。
图5示出了本实用新型一个实施方式的基座单元200。基座单元200具有保持装置210。保持装置210允许灯单元10无锁定地滑入,以使得灯单元20可以通过基座单元200可拆卸地安装,或者允许灯单元10容易地滑出而作为分离的便携式装置。在一个实施方式中,保持装置210为适于接纳灯单元10的壳体30的至少一个套筒。也可以使用例如钩和环紧固件、夹子、插口、空腔、凹槽等其它保持装置。
如图5所示的基座单元200还具有将基座单元200附着在墙壁、顶篷、搁板或门等表面上的紧固装置220。图5中所示的紧固装置220具有孔230以容纳一个或多个螺钉、钉、螺栓、榫钉、或将基座单元200连接在表面上的其它装置。
图6示出了基座单元200的一个实施方式的后视立体图。该图示出了保持装置210和紧固装置220的背面。在一个实施方式中,紧固装置220可以容纳粘合剂例如双面胶垫(未示出),以将基座单元200暂时或永久地连接到表面上,以代替紧固装置220或者作为对紧固装置220的补充。
图7以灯单元10和基座单元200组件的方式示出了本实用新型。该图示出了基座单元200的保持装置210引导灯单元10滑到适当位置,以使保持装置210通过壳体30可释放地保持灯单元10。图7还示出了灯单元10的操作装置50为绳。绳连接到电源40的常规开关(未示出),由此双向地(reversibly)拉动绳50驱动电源40以提供或切断光发射装置20的电源。
图7和图8示出了封闭灯单元10至少一部分的透光罩250。在一个实施方式中,罩250由透明或半透明的塑料制成以呈现与常规灯泡外壳相同的外观。罩250通过连接器260(图9)连接到壳体30上,该连接器可以是螺纹连接型、卡合型或其它类型的连接器。在一个实施方式中,连接器260与形成于壳体30中的连接器(未示出)互补,以提供双向连接。为更换光发射装置的光源60,只需将罩250拧下,更换灯源60并重新安装罩250。图9还示出了与灯单元10和基座单元200分离的透光罩250的侧面立体图。
虽然已参考优选实施方式对本实用新型进行了描述,但是本领域的普通技术人员应该清楚在不脱离本实用新型保护范围和精神的情况下,本实用新型的各实施方式还具有各种修改和变形。因此,应该意识到本实用新型不受上述具体说明的限制,本实用新型的保护范围应由权利要求限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种照明组件,其特征在于包括:
便携式灯单元,具有光发射装置、电源和用于启动电源的操作装置,其中所述光发射装置具有至少一个光源;和
基座单元,具有可释放地保持所述灯单元的保持装置、和将所述基座单元附着到表面上的紧固装置,
其中所述紧固装置包括粘合剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明组件,其特征在于所述表面选自由墙壁、顶篷、搁板和门所组成的集合。
