本实用新型涉及医护教学仪器,尤其是涉及一种用于皮内注射实验练习的模型。
背景技术
皮内注射,是医护人员的一项基本功,要求行针做到准确、熟练。对于初学者而言,掌握进针分寸,即能准确的给药,又不至于伤害到人体,是至关重要的。为此,需要反反复复地进行练习和实践。现有初学者往往是相互在自己身上或模具上做练习,其不足之处在于:一是有损于健康,二是不形象逼真。
发明内容
为了克服现有皮内注射利用真人或模具做练习的不足之处,提供一种能呈现真实感皮丘的皮内注射模型是本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在仿真的手臂上,主要由皮肤和皮下组织所构成,其特征是:在手臂的皮肤和皮下组织之间设有衬垫,用以接受并储存注射液。在手臂下部三分之一处,设一个可转动的皮内注射带;在皮内注射带上横向排列有1—6个注射点,可轮换使用;最佳实施方案衬垫的直径为2cm。
本实用新型的有益效果是,在仿真的手臂上,当选择部位正确,行针准确时,在刺入处会产生隆起的皮丘,形象逼真;并可以旋转注射带,反复使用,延长使用寿命;当液体被抽出后,模型又恢复原状。衬垫还可更替,长期使用。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,采用聚氨脂(或塑料)发泡制作皮下组织3,用硅胶制成皮肤2,并覆盖在手臂皮下组织3的表面,构成仿真的手臂1,皮肤2和皮下组织3之间设有衬垫5:位于手臂1的下部三分之一处有一节皮肤与其它皮肤断开为皮内注射带4,上设有1—6个注射点,皮内注射带可围绕手臂1转动;衬垫5直径为2cm的圆形衬垫,其边缘3mm为粘贴部分,中央为注射的空隙部分,可轮流使用和更换。
当选择进针位置正确,行针准确时,注入0.1ml针液则储存在衬垫5里,同时呈现出隆起的皮丘,非常逼真:当行针不当时,则不能出现皮丘;皮丘内针液还可抽出,恢复原状。

Claims (4)

1、一种皮内注射练习模型,主要由手臂、皮肤、皮下组织、皮内注射带所构成,其特征是在手臂皮肤(2)和皮下组织(3)之间设有衬垫(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种皮内注射练习模型,其特征是皮内注射练习模型的手臂在其下部三分之一处,设有一个可转动的皮内注射带(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种皮内注射练习模型,其特征是皮内注射练习模型的皮内注射带其上横向排列有多个注射点。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种皮内注射练习模型,其特征是皮内注射练习模型的衬垫直径为2cm。
