背景技术
以往的衣架，在室外晾晒衣服时，由于衣架上部的挂钩是个半圆弧形状，晾晒在铁杆或铁丝上时，如果遇上有风天气，衣架上的衣服随风飘摆，很容易被风吹脱落，掉在地上，弄脏衣服，尤其是晾晒在楼上的铁杆或铁丝上，则常常会被风吹脱落到楼下。这种情形在学校或工厂集体宿舍是经常发生的，给同学们和工人们带来烦恼，在普居民楼上也时有发生这种被风吹落衣服的现象。虽然，人们对衣架动了不少脑筋，也发明了不少种类的防风衣架，但大多数的防风衣架结构比较复杂，制作比较因难，价格比较高，因此，至今没有普遍被推广应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷，提供一种可升降挂钩防风衣架。使晾晒衣服时能可靠地扣住挂衣架的铁杆或铁丝上，从而有效地防止被风吹落衣服。
本实用新型的技术方案是可升降挂钩防风衣架，包括衣架主体1与挂钩2，其特征是挂钩2两侧连接有主套管4与钩套管5，在挂钩2外贴装有一倒U字形副挂钩3，副挂钩3与主套管4和钩套管5滑动配合，构成可升降挂钩；副挂钩3的长杆部分穿过衣架主体1上部交叉部位的勾圈孔且长杆端部连接有横杆6。
所说的挂钩2两侧连接有主套管4与钩套管5，其连接关系是胶粘连接；所说的副挂钩3的长杆端部连接有横杆6，该横杆6是圆弧状横杆且与长杆焊接连接。
所说的主套管4与钩套管5是塑料套管。
本实用新型的优点是由于在普通衣架挂钩部位增设一个副挂钩3且沿原挂钩2外的主套管4与钩套管5活动配合，构成可升降挂钩。当要晾晒衣服时，只要用钗杆顶上副挂钩3下部的横杆6，副挂钩3则上升与原挂钩2平行，再勾住铁杆或铁丝，然后放开钗杆，副挂钩3自动下降完全扣住铁杆或铁丝，就能防止被风吹落。结构很简单，制作成本低廉，使用十分方便。

参照图1，1—衣架主体、2—挂钩、3—副挂钩、4—主套管、5—钩套管、6—横杆。如图示，衣架整体采用铁丝制作，铁丝外一般套有塑料管。在挂钩2两侧，即短钩与长杆侧都连接有套管，在短钩部位连接有钩套管5，在长杆部位连接有主套管4，钩套管5与挂钩2的钩部胶粘连接，主套管4与挂钩2的长杆部位胶粘连接。在挂钩2外贴装有一倒U字形副挂钩3，副挂钩3与主套管4和钩套管5滑动配合，构成可升降挂钩。为了方便晾晒衣服，在副挂钩3的长杆端部连接有横杆6，横杆6呈圆弧形状。副挂钩3的长杆部分穿过衣架主体1上部交叉部位的勾圈孔。这样需要晾晒衣服时，只要用钗杆顶上横杆6，把衣架送上铁杆或铁丝，这时副挂钩3上升，其钩部与挂钩2的钩部持平，很方便地扣挂在铁杆上，副挂钩3自动下降，把铁杆完全扣住。副挂钩3的钩部制作得长些，这样衣服在有风天气，被风吹飘摆时，也不会脱落。横杆6与副挂钩3是焊接连接，主套管4与钩套管5采用塑料套管，可节省成本。将衣架主体1的两端制成台价状，目的是为了更好晾晒衣服。

1、可升降挂钩防风衣架，包括衣架主体(1)与挂钩(2)，其特征是挂钩(2)两侧连接有主套管(4)与钩套管(5)，在挂钩(2)外贴装有一倒U字形副挂钩(3)，副挂钩(3)与主套管(4)和钩套管(5)滑动配合，构成可升降挂钩；副挂钩(3)的长杆部分穿过衣架主体(1)上部交叉部位的勾圈孔且长杆端部连接有横杆(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所说的可升降挂钩防风衣架，其特征是所说的挂钩(2)两侧连接有主套管(4)与钩套管(5)，其连接关系是胶粘连接；所说的副挂钩(3)的长杆端部连接有横杆(6)，该横杆(6)是圆弧状横杆且与长杆焊接连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所说的可升降挂钩防风衣架，其特征是所说的主套管(4)与钩套管(5)是塑料套管。
