如图1所示,矽薄膜1的正极接充电控制器2,充电控制器2接电池3的正 极,与电池3并联的是灯控制器4和灯5,矽薄膜1的负极接电池3的负极。
当太阳光线照射在矽薄膜1上时,采用涂复工艺制成的矽薄膜1开始发电, 通过充电控制器2向电池3充电,电池3在夜晚无太阳光线时,通过灯控制器4 向灯5放电,使灯5亮。
本实用新型可以用于路灯、夜灯等的应用。
