背景技术
目前市场上流通的门主要是以木材为原料制成的，通常是原木或木屑压缩制作而得到；这样必须消耗大量的木材，对本国森林覆盖率本来就少的情况来说，这是一种对环境的破坏；同时其制作成本高，这样的门不防潮、不防晒，生产工艺复杂、周期长，导致造价较高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型生态环保节能秸秆一次成型门，其结构简单，制作简便，不耗用木材，利用农作物废料加工而成。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所提供的技术方案是：一种新型生态环保节能秸秆一次成型门，该门包括有秸秆层、粘接层和玻璃软片层，所述秸秆层的外表面覆有玻璃软片层，秸秆层与玻璃软片层之间设有粘接层。
所述秸秆层的正反面向外依次设有粘接层和玻璃软片层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种新型生态环保节能秸秆一次成型门，该门有秸秆层1、粘接层2和玻璃软片层3，秸秆层1的外表面依次覆有粘接层2和玻璃软片层3，直接采用模压方式一次成型制作而成。
图2所示的是秸秆层1的正反面外依次覆有粘接层2和玻璃软片层3，这样制作的门板可以采用其它的包边形式而成型。
整个产品的制作为一次成型，简单方便，经济实用，不仅节约了木材，保护了森林资源，而且这种利用秸秆制作的门耐压、隔热、隔音、防潮，可以广泛应用于建筑装饰业中。

2、根据权利要求1所述的新型生态环保节能秸秆一次成型门，其特征在于：所述秸秆层的正反面向外依次设有粘接层和玻璃软片层。
