本实用新型涉及包装板材，特别是用于钢材包装的板材。
背景技术
目前，钢材包装板一般采用单一材料板(如塑料板、纸板等)，单一材料板的功能单一，如塑料板防潮性能、耐候性能好，但抗冲击性能、隔音性能差；纸板的抗冲击性能、隔音性能好，但防潮性能、耐候性能差。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种用于钢材包装的塑料板材，该发泡板材的抗冲击性能、隔音性能、防潮性能、耐候性能好。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
用于钢材包装的塑料板材，它为板体，板体的横截面分为表层区域、中层区域、底层区域，中层区域设置在表层区域与底层区域之间，表层区域、底层区域为实体塑料区域，中层区域发泡塑料区域。
上述方案中，表层区域占板体厚度的10—15％，底层区域占板体厚度的6—10％，其余区域为中层区域。
与现有就是相比，本实用新型用于钢材包装的塑料板材具有以下优点：
1、用于钢材包装的塑料板材由塑料制成，防潮性能、耐候性能好。
2、中层区域为发泡塑料区域，抗冲击性能、隔音性能。
3、用于钢材包装的塑料板材的横截面分为表层区域、中层区域、底层区域，它不同于用不同材料复合在一起的复合材料板，它采用同一材料制成，不易分层，强度高。
本实用新型用于钢材包装的塑料板材可用作钢卷、平板的内外包装板材，使用时，板材的底层区域一侧的面与钢材接触。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本实用新型用于钢材包装的塑料板材实施例，它为板体，板体的厚度为15mm。板体的横截面分为表层区域1、中层区域2、底层区域3，中层区域2设置在表层区域1与底层区域3之间，表层区域1、底层区域3为实体塑料区域，中层区域2发泡塑料区域。表层区域1占板体厚度的10—15％，底层区域3占板体厚度的6—10％，其余为中层区域2。
本实用新型用于钢材包装的塑料板材的生产方法为：
将聚乙烯塑料在分三层一次挤出成型，中层区域2的聚乙烯塑料中加入高分子无机填料发泡，高分子无机填料主要成分为CaCO3，这样可节省了能源，并使板材具有阻燃效果。
本实用新型用于钢材包装的塑料板材实施例，密度0.85g/cm3，拉伸屈服强度14.5—21MPa，拉伸断裂强度16—23MPa，断裂伸长率100—220％，弯曲模量13MPa，缺口冲击强度26KJ/m2。

1、一种用于钢材包装的塑料板材，它为板体，其特征在于：板体的横截面分为表层区域(1)、中层区域(2)、底层区域(3)，中层区域(2)设置在表层区域(1)与底层区域(3)之间，表层区域(1)、底层区域(3)为实体塑料区域，中层区域(2)发泡塑料区域。
2、如权利要求1所述的用于钢材包装的塑料板材，其特征在于：表层区域(1)占板体厚度的10-15％，底层区域(3)占板体厚度的6—10％，其余为中层区域(2)。
