技术领域
本发明涉及光盘上信息存储的领域,并可用于清洁光盘读取装置内的内部部件,主要是心轴支承凸缘(其上放置光盘的部件)。
背景技术
一种用于清洁用于从光盘读出信息的光学头的已知装置,包括带有在光学头侧当光盘转动时产生气流的隆起部分的清洁光盘(US 5088083、IPC G 11 B3/58(1988.12.16)),其中气流吹去在与机械清洁构件接触后留在光学头上的灰尘微粒,但从所述装置内部吹走极少量的灰尘,其中大部分灰尘重新回到原处。

所述装置能够收集积聚在光盘读取装置内部上的灰尘并去除大部分灰尘,但该装置在很小程度上清洁所述狭槽内的心轴支承凸缘。
采用该装置作为本发明的原型。其缺点之一是原型装置基于静电方法并不能充分地从所述心轴支承表面去除杂质、污垢,该表面在通过清洁光盘进行清洁的过程中是关闭的,这会导致光盘对不准、失去读取镜的焦点控制以及数据读取(记录)过程的失败。
发明内容
本发明的主要任务是提高清洁用于从光盘读取信息/向光盘记录信息的装置的心轴支承表面的效率。
根据本发明,用于清洁用于从光盘读取信息/向光盘记录信息的装置的心轴支承件的装置包括:放置在装置的内部空间中心轴支承件上的清洁光盘,其中设有用于清洁光盘的固定构件,此外,还有位于面向心轴支承件的清洁盘表面上的清洁构件。该清洁构件可制成沟槽形式;清洁构件可制成毛刷形式。
该专利申请没有发现包含与本发明相同的工程技术方案的信息的资料,这能够推出本发明符合“新颖性”标准。
该装置能够有效地清洁用于从光盘读取信息/向光盘记录信息的装置的心轴支承凸缘,根据上述实施得到新装置特征是防止光盘对不准以及失去读取镜的聚焦,万一失去焦点,读取(记录)装置的自动调焦系统会努力恢复调焦(有时花费很长时间,长达10分钟),但是,如果恢复,会由于在从光盘内周界向外周界读取/记录信息的过程中光盘对不准造成的冲击强度而(很可能再一次)失去聚焦,由于实施了本发明,实际上就完全消除了在读取(记录)信息过程中的负面因素及其引起的失效。
本专利申请人确定没有包含影响到由于其申请所实现技术效果所要求的特征的信息资料,根据专利申请人的观点,这证明了本技术方案符合“创造性”标准。

所要求的装置对于在光盘上记录信息的装置的应用场合是最有效的,因为由记录已记录光盘的过程中失去聚焦而引起的故障是完全不会发生的。
所述装置可应用于目前大多数使用的用于在光盘上读出和/或记录信息的装置,支持CD、CD ROM、DVD、HD DVD、蓝光等格式。

可将本领域公知的已知简单工业设备和结构材料用来生产所述装置,本申请人认为,能够得出结论所述发明装置符合“工业实用性”标准。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于清洗用于从光盘读取和/或向光盘记录信息的装置的心轴支承件的装置,包括:放置在所述装置的内部空间中的所述心轴支承件上的清洁光盘,其中设有用于清洁光盘的固定构件,此外,还有位于面向所述心轴支承件的清洁盘表面上的清洁构件。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,清洁构件制成沟槽形式。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,清洁构件制成毛刷形式。
