本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,尤其是额定电压35kV及以下的风力发电传输用电缆。
背景技术
现有额定电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆由于使用环境恶劣,其绝缘层易受损坏而导致水份进入电缆内层,易损坏电缆,缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有额定电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种具有新型结构的额定电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆。
本实用新型提供的额定电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有绝缘导线和填充件,绝缘导线的导体外设有导体屏蔽层及绝缘层,在绝缘导线的绝缘层外依次包覆绝缘屏蔽层、阻水带层、金属屏蔽层。
为了提高本实用新型阻水性能和机械强度,在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有阻水绕包带层、加强层和内护层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:阻水性能好,机械强度高,适于在环境恶劣的场合使用,不易损坏、延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1,将铜丝绞合并对各层铜丝作阻水处理后制成导体1,在导体1外依次包覆导体屏蔽层2、交联聚乙烯绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、阻水带层5,采用铜带绕包的金属屏蔽层6制成绝缘导线12,然后将绝缘导线12与填充件7一起绞合制成缆芯13,再在缆芯13外包覆阻水绕包带层8,采用铝塑复合带纵包加强层9,采用聚乙烯包覆内护层10,采用聚胺酯电缆料包覆外护套11,即制成本实用新型。

1、一种额电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有绝缘导线和填充件,绝缘导线的导体外设有导体屏蔽层及绝缘层,其特征在于在绝缘导线的绝缘层外依次包覆绝缘屏蔽层、阻水带层、金属屏蔽层。
2、按权利要求1所述的额定电压35kV及以下风力发电传输用电缆,其特征在于在缆芯与外护套之间依次设有阻水绕包带层、加强层和内护层。
