本实用新型涉及一种能够使隔膜密封结合面与芯板密封结合面高可靠密封的钉头注接式隔膜滤板,属隔膜滤板制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有CN101091845A、名称“高效率长寿命多功能隔膜和滤板及成型方法”,它包括滤板芯和隔膜,位于滤板芯上的隔膜直接在滤板芯上注塑成型。将隔膜直接注塑在滤板芯上,避免二次切屑、倒角、去毛刺等工艺,省工、省时、效率高,且二者的配合精度和密封可靠性达到了开创性的100%,并且实现了隔膜厚度的超薄化、可弹性化,特别是鼓膜过滤压榨时,超薄可弹性化的隔膜能够有效地使鼓膜接触到滤板中各个部位的滤料(尤其是滤料很少的时候),从根本上解决了构成鼓膜压榨腔的隔膜与滤板芯注塑粘合的难题,更重要的是,该结构从根本上实现了鼓膜压榨腔空间的精度化、可有效鼓膜,不仅节约能耗,而且鼓膜效果好,效率高,寿命长。
发明内容
设计目的:在背景技术的基础上,设计一种使隔膜在承受高压鼓膜的情况下,确保隔膜密封结合面与芯板密封面之间高可靠密封且不会被高压流体鼓膜撕开或撕裂或泄漏的钉头注接式隔膜滤板。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。芯板中的密封结合面或凸台面开有直孔或斜孔,并且与芯板中的密封结合面或凸台面相匹配的隔膜背面设有直杆或斜杆且与芯板中的密封结合面或凸台面中的直孔或斜孔和贯通钉孔的匹配设计,是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于:隔膜与芯板间采用直杆与钉杆配合或采用斜杆与钉杆配合,一是注塑成型时,处于热融状态的钉杆与处于热融状态的隔膜密封接合面熔融连接,但在其冷却收缩的过程中,由于受材料本身热胀冷缩系数的影响,钉杆的杆长将收缩变形、将位于芯板两面的隔膜紧紧地牵制在芯板的密封面或凸台面上,从而极大地提高了隔膜密封面与芯板密封面间的密封强度或技撑强度。

本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是从而极大地提高了隔膜密封面与芯板密封面间的密封强度,极大地提高了隔膜高压鼓膜的效果;二是极大地提高了过滤、压榨效果,不仅极大地提高了资源的利用率,而且降低了生产成本和能源消耗。

实施例1:参照附图1和2。钉头注接式隔膜滤板,两块隔膜1的密封结合面分别与芯板2的密封相匹配,芯板2密封结合面开有1组或2组或多组直孔或斜孔13,与芯板2密封结合面相匹配的隔膜1背面设有1组或2组或多组直杆或斜杆13且与芯板2密封结合面中的直孔或斜孔相匹配,其制作方法系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
实施例2:参照附图3。钉头注接式隔膜滤板,两块隔膜1的结合面分别与芯板2的凸台面相匹配,芯板2凸台面开有1组或2组或多组直孔或斜孔13,与芯板2凸台面相匹配的隔膜1背面设有1组或2组或多组直杆或斜杆13且与芯板2凸台面中的直孔或斜孔相匹配,其制作方法系现有技术,在此不作叙述。
