易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜
技术领域：本实用新型涉及到一种嵌入式消毒柜，特别是一种易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜。
背景技术：在背景技术中，嵌入式消毒柜层架与层架左右托板的配合结构为小圆柱杆与小圆孔的配合关系，当层架随门体前后推拉而移动时，层架上的小圆柱杆在层架左右托板中的小圆孔内移动碰撞，随即产生碰撞噪音，另外当用户取出层架后，再将层架放入柜内时，必须将层架上的小圆柱杆对准层架左右托板上的小圆孔后才能放置在柜内，否则无法放置层架。为克服这些缺陷，对易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜进行了研制。
发明内容：本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，它能有效地方便用户简易放置层架，避免门体在推拉过程中层架与层架左右托板碰撞而产生噪音。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：它包括门体、层架、导轨和层架左右托板，层架左右托板固定在门体上，层架的一端在导轨上滑动，层架的另一端设有上大下小的缺口，层架左右托板设有中间宽两端窄的洞，所述的缺口卡进洞内。
所述的缺口为倒梯形缺口或“V”形缺口。
所述的洞为椭圆形槽或椭圆形孔。
本实用新型同背景技术相比所产生的有益效果：
1、由于本实用新型采用层架上大下小的缺口卡进层架左右托板中的中间宽两端窄的洞内，故它能有效地方便用户简易放置层架，避免门体在推拉过程中层架与层架左右托板碰撞而产生噪音。

具体实施方式：参看附图1、附图2、附图3、附图4、附图5所示，本实施例包括门体1、层架2、导轨3和层架左右托板4。
层架左右托板4固定在门体1上，层架2的一端在导轨3上滑动，层架2另一端设有的缺口5卡进层架左右托板4中的洞6内。
由于与层架2配合装配的层架左右托板4中设有中间宽两端窄的洞6(可为椭圆形槽、椭圆形孔等)，而与层架左右托板4配合装配的层架处为上大下小的缺口5(可为倒梯形或V形等)，在放置层架2时，只要能将倒梯形或V形的下端部位放入层架左右托板4的洞6区域内，层架2滑进洞6内即可；另外由于层架左右托板4中的洞6为中间宽两端窄的形状，当与层架左右托板4配合装配的层架部位被卡入在洞6两端窄处时，层架2在层架左右托板4上的前后左右方向无法被移动，这样层架2只能随门体1在导轨3上一起前后滑动，故可消除在门体1被推拉过程中由于层架2与层架左右托板4的碰撞而产生噪音。

1.一种易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，它包括门体(1)、层架(2)、导轨(3)和层架左右托板(4)，层架左右托板(4)固定在门体(1)上，层架(2)的一端在导轨(3)上滑动，其特征在于层架(2)的另一端设有上大下小的缺口(5)，层架左右托板(4)设有中间宽两端窄的洞(6)，所述的缺口(5)卡进洞(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，其特征在于所述的缺口(5)为倒梯形缺口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，其特征在于所述的缺口(5)为“V”形缺口。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，其特征在于所述的洞(6)为椭圆形槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的易装无碰撞层架的嵌入式消毒柜，其特征在于所述的洞(6)为椭圆形孔。
