Abstract

大功率LED组合灯,属于半导体照明设备技术领域。包括用于安装电源转换模块的电源外壳及与其连接的光源外壳,电源外壳后端设置与电源转换模块连接的电极棒,光源外壳底部表面安装LED灯,光源外壳端口配合设置的扣板,扣板上与LED灯对应位置设置的通孔上配合设置高透光度透镜。光源外壳的外弧壁上设置散热凹槽。本实用新型直接采用工频交流电作为输入电源,从电极棒进来的交流电经过电源外壳内设置的电源转换模块进行变压、整流、稳压后为LED灯提供工作电源。光源外壳采用铝型材材料制成,具有优良的散热性能,且光源外壳上设置的散热凹槽进一步增强了散热性能。电源模块和光源模块连接为一体,小巧轻便,经济实用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于半导体照明设备技术领域,具体涉及一种一体化组合的大功率LED组合灯。
背景技术
LED作为新一代环保绿色光源,具有发光效率高、耗电量少、使用寿命长、安全可靠性高且控制方式灵活等诸多优点。LED作为背光源主要应用在手机领域以及其他的一些设备指示灯。但是,LED的应用领域远非如此,尤其在照明领域,LED具有巨大的开发前景和潜在的市场。当前,LED照明已逐渐发展至商品化的初步阶段,且将逐步取代日光灯管,因此,经济实用且工作稳定的大功率LED组合灯将是一种有非常广泛应用前景的照明设备。但现有的大功率LED大多需要配置独立的电源和/或控制装置。
实用新型内容
为解决现有的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大功率LED组合灯的技术方案,可用于大厅、室内等需要照明的场所。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于包括用于安装电源转换模块的电源外壳及与其连接的光源外壳,电源外壳后端设置与电源转换模块连接的电极棒,光源外壳底部表面安装LED灯,光源外壳端口配合设置的扣板,扣板上与LED灯对应位置设置的通孔上配合设置高透光度透镜。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳底部设置盲孔,盲孔中间设置小通孔,LED灯通过盲孔、小通孔安装光源外壳底部表面。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于电源外壳为矩形和球冠形一体成型结构。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳成平底碗状结构。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于电源外壳与光源外壳通过螺钉螺接固定。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳的外弧壁上设置散热凹槽。
所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于扣板的通孔周边设置圆环槽,高透光度透镜与圆环槽嵌接配合。
本实用新型直接采用工频交流电作为输入电源,从电极棒进来的交流电经过电源外壳内设置的电源转换模块进行变压、整流、稳压后为LED灯提供工作电源。光源外壳采用铝型材材料制成,具有优良的散热性能,且光源外壳上设置的散热凹槽进一步增强了散热性能。电源模块和光源模块连接为一体,小巧轻便,经济实用。

具体实施方式
大功率LED组合灯,包括用于安装电源转换模块的电源外壳2及与其连接的光源外壳4,电源外壳2与光源外壳4通过螺钉3螺接固定。电源外壳2为矩形和球冠形一体成型结构,采用塑料材料制成,光源外壳4成平底碗状结构,采用铝型材材料制成,光源外壳4的外弧壁上设置散热凹槽6。光源外壳4底部均布设置3—6个盲孔,每个盲孔中间设置一个小通孔,LED灯7通过盲孔、小通孔安装在光源外壳4底部表面,小通孔中放置LED灯7与电源转换模块相连的导线。LED灯7的颜色和功率的大小可根据个人喜好或环境的需要进行选择。光源外壳4端口配合设置扣板5,扣板5上与LED灯7对应位置设置通孔,通孔周边设置1毫米宽×1毫米深的圆环槽,高透光度透镜8与圆环槽嵌接配合,高透光度透镜8采用有机玻璃材料制成,增加了光的通透性。电源外壳2后端设置与电源转换模块连接的电极棒1,工频220V交流电从电极棒1输入,电源转换模块对输入的220V交流电进行降压、整流、滤波和稳压后输出LED灯7所需要的直流电,通电后LED灯发光,在离开发光面20厘米外的地方,光斑可近似为均匀圆面。
光源外壳4采用铝型材材料制成,散热性能好,而且在光源外壳4的外弧壁上开有多个2—5毫米深,5毫米宽的散热凹槽6,进一步增强了散热性能,可以保证LED灯的长期工作稳定性。

Claims (7)

1.大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于包括用于安装电源转换模块的电源外壳(2)及与其连接的光源外壳(4),电源外壳(2)后端设置与电源转换模块连接的电极棒(1),光源外壳(4)底部表面安装LED灯(7),光源外壳(4)端口配合设置扣板(5),扣板(5)上与LED灯(7)对应位置设置的通孔上配合设置高透光度透镜(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳(4)底部设置盲孔,盲孔中间设置小通孔,LED灯(7)通过盲孔、小通孔安装光源外壳(4)底部表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于电源外壳(2)为矩形和球冠形一体成型结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳(4)成平底碗状结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于电源外壳(2)与光源外壳(4)通过螺钉(3)螺接固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于光源外壳(4)的外弧壁上设置散热凹槽(6)。
7.如权利要求1所述的大功率LED组合灯,其特征在于扣板(5)的通孔周边设置圆环槽,高透光度透镜(8)与圆环槽嵌接配合。
