本实用新型涉及一种填料函,尤其涉及一种电缆防爆填料函。
背景技术
电缆防爆填料函是一种高品质电缆的防爆附件,装在电缆端口与防爆电器设备的连接处,起引入电缆、固定位置达到密封、隔爆作用。在国际上防爆场所使用的电缆防爆填料函不能与中国的电缆相匹配;中国的现有电缆防爆填料函又不满足国际电缆防爆填料函的要求。目前市场上有售的电缆防爆填料函在发生爆炸时,热能通过屏蔽层外传,达不到防爆要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种在发生爆炸时能够达到国际上的防爆要求的一种电缆防爆填料函。
本实用新型电缆防爆填料函,它包括导线、依次包在所述的导线外的内绝缘层、屏蔽层、外绝缘层,在所述的内绝缘层和屏蔽层之间设置有由绿丁橡胶制成的内密封圈,所述的内密封圈的厚度为5mm-10mm,并且可以承受31.6千克每平方厘米的液压作用2分钟。
本实用新型电缆防爆填料函由于在设置中有内密封圈,因而在发生爆炸时防止爆炸产生的热能从外部传入引起内部爆炸或防止内部发生爆炸时传出引起外部爆炸,并且施工简单,从而可以起到防爆作用。

如附图所示,本实用新型的电缆防爆填料函,它包括导线、依次包在所述的导线外的内绝缘层1、屏蔽层4、外绝缘层3,在所述的内绝缘层和屏蔽层之间设置有由绿丁橡胶制成的内密封圈2,所述的内密封圈的厚度为5mm-10mm,并且可以承受31.6千克每平方厘米(相当于每平方英寸450磅)的液压作用2分钟。所述的内密封圈的横截面可以为锥形或梯形。

1.电缆防爆填料函,它包括导线、依次包在所述的导线外的内绝缘层、屏蔽层、外绝缘层,其特征在于:在所述的内绝缘层和屏蔽层之间设置有由绿丁橡胶制成的内密封圈,所述的内密封圈的厚度为5mm-10mm,并且可以承受31.6千克每平方厘米的液压作用2分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆防爆填料函,其特征在于:所述的内密封圈的横截面为锥形或梯形。
