背景技术：
现有振动筛，其电机与振动器之间的联轴器为刚性联接，在设备起动时，特别是在负载起动时，电机的瞬时电流很大，这对电网和电器元件有很大影响，甚至造成损坏。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在振动筛起动时电机不产生瞬时大电流的联轴器。本实用新型的技术方案是，一种振动筛的联轴器，其特征在于：一U型皮带的两端头分别置于电机轴法兰与压板之间和振动器法兰与压板之间，另一U型皮带的两端头分别置于电机轴法兰与压板之间和振动器法兰与压板之间与上述的U型皮带相对，四个螺栓分别穿于上述U型皮带、压板、电机轴法兰和振动器法兰的孔中，螺母与所述螺栓相配。本实用新型由于采用了柔性联轴器，因而与现有技术比较具有电机起动瞬时电流小的优点。

具体实施方式：
结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细说明，本实用新型的联轴器为柔性联轴器4，此联轴器的结构是，两个U型皮带7的两端头分别置于电机轴法兰5与压板6之间以及振动器3的法兰8与压板之间，通过螺栓将U型皮带和电机轴与振动器连接成一体。U型皮带采用传送带制作，可根据设备的功率大小，选择不同规格的传送带。
本实用新型的工作原理是，由于在电机与振动器3之间采用了柔性联轴器，筛箱1内的筛板2在起动时，U型皮带在传递转距时，会产生一定的变形，之后带动振动器工作，因而电机的起动电流大大减小，从而可避免瞬间大电流对电网或电流造成损坏。

1、一种振动筛的联轴器，其特征在于：一U型皮带的两端头分别置于电机轴法兰与压板之间和振动器法兰与压板之间，另一U型皮带的两端头分别置于电机轴法兰与压板之间和振动器法兰与压板之间与上述的U型皮带相对，四个螺栓分别穿于上述U型皮带、压板、电机轴法兰和振动器法兰的孔中，螺母与所述螺栓相配。
