本实用新型具体涉及精轧机飞剪边部加热器的密封条，用于防止杂物进入加热器内部的加热头。
背景技术：
现有的精轧机飞剪边部加热器的密封方法，采用耐高温纤维和C-989专用胶混合后涂在加热头的隔热水泥板的边缘与加热头的不锈钢保护面板之间的缝隙上，使用一天就脱落，每天如此操作，工作繁琐。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供一种使用寿命较长的精轧机飞剪边部加热器的密封条。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是包括硅胶条，硅胶条上粘贴石棉绳。
将本实用新型用硅橡胶粘贴在加热头的隔热水泥板的边缘与加热头的不锈钢保护面板之间的缝隙上，起到密封加热头的作用。本实用新型制造成本较低，还耐高温，通过在山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司热连轧厂的试验，使用寿命为10天。
