背景技术
目前，门窗板件(主要为玻璃)多为扣条与主体框材扣接并在板件与扣条之间依靠胶条固定。传统的扣条通常依靠自身的变形完成扣接，或采用无弹性变形置入主框槽口的形式扣接。前者扣条本身具有弹性，与框材扣接可以实现过盈配合，安装牢固，方便运输及现场拆装，但这类扣条型材装饰面垂直度偏差大，与主框槽口扣接配合面多，导致装配后表面平整度差；后者虽外形尺寸容易控制，但该扣条无弹性，安装后不能自定位，易脱落，造成损伤。
发明内容
为了解决扣条安装后平整度差、易脱落的问题，本实用新型提供一种综合以上两类传统扣条优势的新的扣条产品，该扣条不仅安装平整，且不易脱落。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为：在扣条扣接部位装有弹性胶条，与主框型材槽口形成过盈配合，防止板件安装前扣条脱落。
本实用新型的优点是：不仅安装平整，且不易脱落。

具体实施方式：
在图1中，将弹垫(6)压入弹垫槽口(1)中，扣条定位钩(2)插入主框槽口(5)。以定位钩(2)为轴，通过弹垫(6)的变形将锁紧钩(3)旋入扣条槽口(5)，限位点(4)与扣条槽口(5)顶端接触后，扣条即安装完成。
