背景技术
目前，首饰如珠宝首饰的批量化生产，让产品同质化严重，首饰作为消费者的一种情感消费，在情感诉求上要求更高，需要一种自己的区别与任何一个人的首饰，目前的技术，通过激光雕刻打印，是可以在珠宝首饰上打上符号的，但其纪念品的通用性强，不具个性化，纪念意义不强，不具有特定的意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中的首饰不具个性化，且纪念意义不强的问题，提供一种具有个性化且唯一性纪念意义的首饰。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种具有个性化的首饰，包括首饰主体，其中：所述的首饰主体设置有具固定结构的个人印记，该个人印记设置于首饰主体的表面或主体内。
更具体地，所述的印记通过雕刻的方式形成具有立体结构的凹印或凸印。
更具体地，所述的印记通过镶嵌或激光内雕的方式设置于首饰主体内，该印记为凹印、凸印或平面印记。
更具体地，所述的通过镶嵌或激光内雕的印记对应的表面是透明状的
更具体地，所述的印记是指纹、手印或足印。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过在首饰上设置具有固定结构的个性化印记，其不同于其他任何一款首饰，满足了消费者佩戴首饰的个性情感需求，具有唯一性纪念意义，同时，其识别性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种具有个性化的首饰，包括首饰主体1，所述的首饰主体1设置有具固定结构的个人印2，该个人印记2设置于首饰主体1的表面或主体内。通过在首饰主体1上设置具有固定结构的个性化印记2，其不同于其他任何一款首饰，满足了消费者佩戴首饰的个性情感需求，具有唯一性纪念意义。
如图2，本实用新型所述的印记2通过雕刻的方式设置于首饰主体1的表面，其可以设置在内表面，也可以设置在外表面，该印记2设置在内表面时，可以雕刻成凹印或平面的印记，当印记2设置于首饰的外表面时，可雕刻成凸纹或凹印，特具个性，还比较美观。
如图3所示，本实用新型所述的印记2还可以通过镶嵌或激光内雕的方式设置于首饰主体1的内部，该印记可以是不同色彩的印记，同时，将印记2对应的表面设置成透明状的，视觉上更为美观。
本实用新型所述的印记2是指纹、手印或足印，由于人的指纹、手印或足印是具有唯一性的，故将个人的指纹、手印或足印设置于首饰上，其纪念意义更强，具有个性化。
本实用新型所述的首饰可以是金属或非金属材质制成，其适用于戒指、掉坠、手链、手环或其它首饰等等。
本实用新型所述的印记2可以通过照片或按印在纸上，再通过仪器扫描下来转换成图片形式，然后输入电脑，再联接激光雕刻机或其他雕刻设备，通过激光雕刻机或其他雕刻设备雕刻在金属或宝石上，其可直接在首饰上雕刻，也可以将雕刻后的印记镶嵌于首饰上。

1、一种具有个性化的首饰，包括首饰主体，其特征在于：所述的首饰主体包括具固定结构的个人印记，该个人印记设置于首饰主体的表面或主体内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有个性化的首饰，其特征在于：所述的印记通过雕刻的方式形成具有立体结构的凹印或凸印。
3、根据权利要求1所述的具有个性化的首饰，其特征在于：所述的印记通过镶嵌或激光内雕的方式设置于首饰主体内，该印记为凹印、凸印或平面印记。
4、根据权利要求3所述的具有个性化的首饰，其特征在于：所述的通过镶嵌或激光内雕的印记对应的表面是透明状的。
5、根据权利要求1-4任一所述的具有个性化的首饰，其特征在于：所述的印记是指纹、手印或足印。
