背景技术
常规的双梁联接中,主梁、端梁之间采用焊接连接,主梁盖板采用插入式结构,运输和吊装困难,需将端梁对中分段,很不方便,安全性能降低,主梁与端梁最高点基本相平,起升高度有一定局限性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构简单、运行稳定、便于运输的新型双梁联接结构。本实用新型的技术方案是如此实现的:
一种新型双梁联接结构,包括主梁(1)、端梁(3)及两者之间的连接板(2),主梁(1)高于端梁(3)布置,主梁(1)与端梁(3)之间由连接板(2)联接,并由高强度螺栓(4)固定,两连接板(2)垂直布置。
本实用新型将主梁(1)与端梁(3)的联接由原来的焊接联接改为高强度螺栓联接,便于运输和吊装,连接板(2)采用直角式两面接触式结构,稳定坚固,主梁(1)和端梁(3)都可以采用整体式结构分别制作,不用拆分或分段,使加工简单、工艺性好,主梁(1)高度抬高,起升高度增加,使用范围变广。本实用新型具有结构简单、运行稳定、运输方便、使用范围广的特点。
