本专利所属的的技术领域为火力发电行业汽轮机组的蒸汽密封系统。
背景技术
本发明是在已有实用新型专利——新型汽轮机组级间密封及轴封装置(专利号:ZL99254365.7)基础上的创新。
发明内容
本专利所要解决的问题是提高蜂窝式密封的封严效果。第一,本发明所用的蜂窝带是由大量几何尺寸相同的蜂窝孔规则排列而成,如图1所示,每个蜂窝孔都是正六面体芯格。蜂窝孔的正六面体芯格由厚度为0.05至0.10mm耐高温合金箔制成。第二,如图2所示,在汽封环1的汽封齿2的迎汽面3之根部钎焊一圈蜂窝带4,该蜂窝带钎焊于汽封齿2上,且令该蜂窝带蜂窝芯格的母线与转子6的轴线平行。第三,汽封环1剩余的内表面钎焊蜂窝带5,蜂窝带5的蜂窝芯格母线垂直于转子6的轴线。第四,蜂窝带4与蜂窝带5之间保持间隙D,2≤D≤8。第五,图2表示了钎焊成型的迎汽式蜂窝密封与汽轮机转子6的装配关系。第六,这种结构的有益效果:利用蜂窝带4的直接阻汽作用,进一步增强阻汽功能,提高汽轮机组的级效率。

具体实施方式
蜂窝带4、蜂窝带5是用厚度为0.05至0.10mm耐高温合金箔经特殊工艺成型,再通过激光焊接成连续的蜂窝芯格。蜂窝芯格均为几何尺寸一致的正六面体。蜂窝带4钎焊于汽封环1的汽封齿2的迎汽面3之根部,且令该蜂窝带钎焊于汽封齿2上,使其蜂窝芯格的母线与转子6轴线平行。汽封环1内表面的剩余部分再沿圆周方向钎焊蜂窝带5,蜂窝带5的蜂窝芯格母线垂直于转子6轴线。蜂窝带4与蜂窝带5之间保持间隙D,且2≤D≤8。

Claims (3)

1.本专利为一种迎汽式蜂窝密封,其特征是,将蜂窝带(4)钎焊于汽封环(1)的汽封齿(2)的迎汽面(3)之根部,且令该蜂窝带钎焊于汽封齿(2)上,使其蜂窝芯格的母线与转子(6)轴线平行,汽封环(1)内表面的剩余部分再沿圆周方向钎焊蜂窝带(5),蜂窝带(4)与蜂窝带(5)之间保持一定间隙。
2.权利要求1所述的迎汽式蜂窝密封,其中汽封环(1)内表面的剩余部分再沿圆周方向钎焊蜂窝带(5),其特征是,蜂窝带(5)的蜂窝芯格母线垂直于转子(6)的轴线。
3.权利要求1所述的迎汽式蜂窝密封,其中蜂窝带(4)与蜂窝带(5)之间保持一定间隙,其特征是,该间隙值为D,且2≤D≤8。
