现在对水果或根茎状蔬菜表皮的处理，一般采用刀类或剥皮器等工具，所用剥皮器是在刀架上安装有刀片，同时在刀架上连接有手柄。水果、蔬菜加工企业在使用剥皮器操作时，一般是在工作案板上操作，使剥皮器刀架的一侧沿工作案板来回滑动，由于现有的剥皮器的手柄处于刀架的中间部位，不便于抓握，工作效率低，同时，沿案板来回滑动的刀架一侧易被磨损，刀架使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种易抓握，工作效率高的水果、蔬菜用剥皮器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括与手柄相连的刀架，刀架上安装有刀片，其结构特点是所述的手柄偏向于刀架的一侧。
作为对本实用新型的改进，在与手柄相近一侧的刀架外侧固设有支撑柱，该支撑柱设有可绕其转动的挡环。
作为对本实用新型的进一步改进，所述的手柄与刀架插装在一起，手柄的端部安装有工具刀。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的水果、蔬菜剥皮器，其特征是所述的手柄(1)与刀架(2)插装在一起，手柄(1)的端部安装有工具刀(6)。
