本实用新型涉及一种步进马达的极爪,该极爪包括一极爪片和设置于极爪片上的多个极爪齿。
背景技术
图1示出了一种公知的极爪式步进马达极爪,该步进马达极爪由导磁材料直接冲压成型,包括一极爪片10和多个极爪齿13,极爪齿13是为突起于极爪片10上的爪状结构,并以一体成型的方式延伸于极爪片内的内环边缘的垂直方向。这样的步进马达极爪在公告号CN 2394368Y的中国实用新型专利说明书中所有记载。对于此类步进马达极爪,为当马达步进角度很小时,极爪齿变得很密,极爪齿的厚度大于宽度,一体成型的极爪片和极爪齿很难通过例如冲压成型的方式加工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过步进马达的极爪结构进行改进,以使极爪齿很密时,极爪仍然能通过冲压成型的方式加工。
为了解决所述技术问题,本实用新型的步进马达极爪的特点是包括环形的第一极爪片、环形的第二极爪片和多个极爪齿,第二极爪片与第一极爪片形成叠层结构,第一极爪片和所述极爪齿通过一体成型的方式形成。
由于极爪分成两部分,与现有的极爪结构相比,第二极爪片、第一极爪片和极爪齿的料厚变薄,故本实用新型的极爪即使在极爪齿很密时,仍然能通过冲压成型的方式加工。

图2显示了本实用新型的极爪的一部的结构示意图。
具体实施方式
本实用新型的一实施例,如图2所示,极爪包括第一极爪片21、第二极爪片23以及多个极爪齿25,极爪齿25与第一极爪片21是一体的,第一极爪片21和第二极爪片23的形状大致相同,第二极爪片23设置于第一极爪片21之上,两者形成叠层结构。与图1所示的极爪结构相比,由于本实用新型的极爪是拆分为两部分,第一极爪片21、第二极爪片23以及极爪齿25的料厚变薄,值得一提的是,本实用新型的极爪结构可使得极爪齿25的宽度大于厚度,故即使对于要求极爪齿很密的情况,本实用新型的极爪也可以通过冲压成型的方式加工;此外,由于第二极爪片23叠置在第一极爪片21之上,极爪齿25从第一极爪片21朝第二极爪片23的方向延伸,如图2的A处所示,极爪齿25与第一极爪片21与第二极爪片23的邻接处的料厚变厚,增强了极爪的导磁性能。

1.一种步进马达极爪,其特征在于,包括环形的第一极爪片、环形的第二极爪片和多个极爪齿,第二极爪片与第一极爪片形成叠层结构,第一极爪片和所述极爪齿通过一体成型的方式形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的步进马达极爪,其特征在于,所述极爪齿从所述第一极爪片朝第二极爪片方向延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的步进马达极爪,其特征在于,所述极爪齿的宽度大于厚度。
