本实用新型涉及一种换热器,特别是一种高效低风阻的换热器。
背景技术
目前在制冷设备中及散热设备中常常要用到换热器,现有的换热器一般采用风冷式,通常为散热翅片阵列及其管道,由于为了在单位面积中尽可能地多散热,一般的散热翅片阵列十分密集,加上分布其中的管道,当散热的空气流过换热器时,散热翅片阵列中的圆管产生的风阻将降低换热器的换热效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中换热器所存在的问题,提供一种高效低风阻的换热器。本实用新型设计一种高效低风阻的换热器,包括翅片阵列,其特征在于:翅片阵列内有截面为翼形的换热管,翼形的换热管内的至少有一根圆形的换热内管,翼形的换热管内有若干片沿轴向分布的隔肋。本实用新型的优点是大大降低了空气流过换热器所受到的风阻,极大地提高了换热器的换热系数。

具体实施方式
图1中包括翅片阵列1,其特征在于:翅片阵列1内有截面为翼形的换热管2。图2中的翼形的换热管2内的至少有一根圆形的内管3。图3中翼形的换热管2内有若干片沿轴向分布的隔肋4。由于内管3及若干片沿轴向分布的隔肋4形成的通道外有翼形的换热管2,因此在使用时流经换热管内的制冷剂具有很高的换热效率,而流经换热管外的风所受到的翼形阻力特别小,换热器的换热效率极大提高。

2、按权利要求1所述的一种高效低风阻的换热器,其特征在于:翼形的换热管内的至少有一根圆形的内管。
3、按权利要求1所述的一种高效低风阻的换热器,其特征在于:翼形的换热管内有若干片沿轴向分布的隔肋。
