本实用新型涉及水电站进水口排沙设施。本实用新型提供的水电站进水口排沙设施是在排沙底孔(冲沙闸)上游或侧向设置格栅式排沙廊道,格栅式排沙廊道的基本体型是在冲沙槽(沉沙池)上方设置格栅式顶板。本实用新型提供的水电站进水口排沙设施能收到良好的排沙效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于排除电站进水口泥沙的新型排沙设施,尤其适用于低水头河床式枢纽。
背景技术
在多沙河流上,无论是高水头电站,还是低水头河床式枢纽,电站进水口的取水排沙历来是十分重要的问题。对于低水头河床式枢纽,通常在电站进水口前设置一道冲沙槽(沉沙池),并用排沙底孔(冲沙闸)进行拉沙。由于受到冲沙引水流量的限制,冲刷漏斗范围较小,难以达到理想的排沙效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是通过改变进水口排沙设施的结构,提高设施的排沙能力。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的水电站进水口排沙设施是在排沙底孔(冲沙闸)上游或侧向设置格栅式排沙廊道,格栅式排沙廊道的基本体型是在冲沙槽(沉沙池)上方设置格栅式顶板。
申请人在对电站进水口排沙问题的泥沙模型试验研究中认识到,要提高排沙底孔的输沙率,必须改变排沙设施内水流的流态。由此提出了“格栅式排沙廊道+排沙底孔(冲沙闸)”的组合型式(见图1、图2),即在电站进水口前沿设置一道格栅式排沙廊道,排沙底孔(冲沙闸)与格栅式排沙廊道连通。当排沙底孔(冲沙闸)泄洪排沙时,排沙底孔(冲沙闸)的进水水流均匀分布于整个排沙廊道的上方。由于排沙廊道格栅缝隙和顶板的作用,水流在排沙廊道内及其周边形成螺旋流或结构紊乱的涡流,大大增强了水流的挟沙能力,使淤积在排沙廊道及周边区域的泥沙迅速排空。
本实用新型提供的水电站进水口排沙设施收到了良好的排沙效果。
