本实用新型公开了一种排箫式多向型进口吸沙导沙涵,涉及水电站泥沙淤积的处理装置。所述导沙涵两侧有吸沙导沙涵边墙(1-1),导沙涵是左侧低右侧高结构,导沙涵左侧较窄有导沙涵出口(4),导沙涵右侧较宽并有电站进水口(5),电站进水口(5)内侧沿导沙涵水流方向设置有导流墩(2),导流墩(2)自吸沙导沙涵底板(1-2)延伸至吸沙导沙涵顶板(1-3);在电站进水口(5)侧面吸沙导沙涵边墙(1-1)上有二个呈阶梯结构的侧向进水口(3),侧向进水口(3)与电站进水口(5)朝向相同。本实用新型解决了目前水电站泥沙处理设施存在的工程量大,造价高,冲排沙效果不好的问题。

本实用新型涉及水电站泥沙淤积的处理装置。
背景技术
泥沙淤积是水电站普遍存在的问题,由于泥沙淤积,使得水库的有效库容逐年减少,电站的调节性能降低,影响大坝上游工程的使用和安全,同时对沿河两岸工农业生产造成很大隐患。国内有大量的电站因为冲排沙问题没解决,水库淤积影响电站运行,甚至会影响电站安全和设计使用寿命。因此,泥沙问题是每个电站设计要考虑的关键性问题。在国内,常见的冲沙防淤措施有设置冲沙泄洪孔、拦砂坝、导沙堤、水库上游的拦排沙设施,以及水土保持等措施,但这些措施没有有效的解决电站泥沙问题,而且有些措施工程量大,造价高,冲排沙效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种排箫式多向型进口吸沙导沙涵,本实用新型解决了目前水电站泥沙处理设施存在的工程量大,造价高,冲排沙效果不好的问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:所述导沙涵两侧有吸沙导沙涵边墙1-1,导沙涵是左侧低右侧高结构,导沙涵左侧较窄有导沙涵出口4,导沙涵右侧较宽并有电站进水口5,电站进水口5内侧沿导沙涵水流方向设置有导流墩2,导流墩2自吸沙导沙涵底板1-2延伸至吸沙导沙涵顶板1- 3;在电站进水口5侧面吸沙导沙涵边墙1-1上有二个呈阶梯结构的侧向进水口3,侧向进水口3与电站进水口5朝向相同。
本实用新型的优点有:排箫式多向型进口吸沙导沙涵采用多向、阶梯式进口,正向进口为喇叭,根据水流的特性结合结构的需要采用流线型的导流墩分隔,利用水流的虹吸原理,其吸、导、排沙能力强,吸沙导沙涵的高速压力水流的流态好,在冲沙泄洪底孔冲、排沙时,进水口前流态稳定,不影响电站的发电,且仅有少量的悬浮质泥沙进入流道,对水轮发电机几乎没有影响。同时,由于采用新型薄壁结构,工程量少,施工简单,投资少。经过在水电站的实验,水电站采用这种新型的吸沙导沙涵后,根据冲沙模型试验成果和电站1年来的运行情况,电站进水口“门前清”问题得到有效解决。

如图1-2所示,排箫式多向型进口吸沙导沙涵,所述导沙涵两侧有吸沙导沙涵边墙1-1,导沙涵是左侧低右侧高结构,导沙涵左侧较窄有导沙涵出口4,导沙涵右侧较宽并有电站进水口5,电站进水口5内侧沿导沙涵水流方向设置有导流墩2,导流墩2自吸沙导沙涵底板1-2延伸至吸沙导沙涵顶板1- 3;在电站进水口5侧面吸沙导沙涵边墙1-1上有二个呈阶梯结构的侧向进水口3,侧向进水口3与电站进水口5朝向相同。
在冲沙泄洪底孔前设排箫式多向型进口吸沙导沙涵。这种新型吸沙导沙涵长79.32m,正向进水采用左低右高的流线型结构型式,宽24.16m,高12.6~10.27m,设4个导流墩;左侧一前一后设两个侧向进水口,进口尺寸分别为6.8×7.0m,3.08×7.0m(宽×高),导沙涵出口与冲沙泄洪底孔进口相接。吸沙导沙涵采用轻型薄壁结构,边墙底板顶板厚均为1m,流线型导流墩厚0.6m。(结构详见附图1)这样设计的吸沙导沙涵,具有流态好,吸沙排沙功能强,工程量少,投资省等特点。
