技术领域
本实用新型涉及冶金炼钢炉外精炼工艺中防水化钢水精炼渣的抽真空包装装置。
背景技术
随着用户对钢材质量要求的提高,炼钢炉外精炼技术日益引起重视。炼钢炉外精炼工艺中精炼渣的碱度和熔化速度对钢水脱S和脱P的影响大,而钢水S、P含量直接影响钢材质量。虽然可采用加入石灰来提高精炼渣碱度,但石灰熔点高(2600℃),在炼钢炉外精炼温度范围(1600~1700℃)内熔化速度很慢。可通过将石灰块与萤石等助熔剂混合,加快石灰熔化速度,但仍不能满足炉外精炼的要求。如将石灰细粉与萤石细粉等助熔剂细粉混合,提高了两者间接触的比表面积,使石灰细粉熔化速度大为提高,将达到炉外精炼要求。虽然混合的细粉比表面积大,熔化速度相应提高,但由于石灰容易水化,其水化速度也相应加快。因此,细粉混合料不易贮存,实际应用也因为贮存时间过短而受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产高碱度高熔速防水化钢水精炼渣的抽真空包装装置,采用该装置,可有效延缓石灰水化速度,在实际应用时贮存时间显著延长,完全满足炼钢炉外精炼要求。

本实用新型可有效延缓石灰水化速度,在实际应用时贮存时间显著延长,完全满足炼钢炉外精炼要求。

具体实施方式
见图1,该装置由真空泵5、电热封口机6、塑料内衬1、塑料外衬2组成,料球3装在塑料内衬1内,通过电热封口机6将塑料内衬1开口处热封,然后通过真空泵5从塑料内衬1、塑料外衬2侧部通孔处将塑料内衬1内部抽真空,然后热封,再将塑料外衬2封好即可。装好料的包装物位于小车4上,便于运送。
