背景技术
如图1所示,现有技术的柔性灯条是在柔性线路板上设置发光二极管(LED)封装结构,发光二极管的封装形式主要有以下几种:a.直插式LED(Dip led),b.食人鱼式LED(Flux led),c.表面贴装式LED(SMD led)。目前对柔性灯条的防水处理是在柔性灯条上套接软胶管,这样的柔性灯条不美观,并且不利于用柔性灯条形成设计要求的图案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种柔性防水灯条,克服现有技术的柔性防水灯条不美观并且不利于用柔性灯条形成设计要求的图案的缺陷。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种柔性防水灯条,包括设置在柔性线路板上的至少一个发光二极管封装结构,在所述柔性线路板上涂覆厚度不超过所述发光二极管封装结构高度的防水胶。
所述柔性防水灯条的进一步优化是:所述防水胶设为环氧树脂。
所述柔性防水灯条的进一步优化是:所述发光二极管封装结构内设置单色发光二极管。
所述柔性防水灯条的进一步优化是:所述发光二极管封装结构内设置红色发光二极管、绿色发光二极管和蓝色发光二极管。
本实用新型的有益效果为:由于本实用新型利用防水胶对柔性灯条进行涂覆防水处理,因此使柔性灯条既美观又有利于设计图案的形成。

如图2所示,本实用新型柔性防水灯条,包括设置在柔性线路板1上的至少一个发光二极管封装结构2,在所述柔性线路板1上涂覆厚度不超过所述发光二极管封装结构2高度的防水胶。防水胶具体可设为环氧树脂3。柔性防水灯条的进一步优化是发光二极管封装结构内设置单色发光二极管,或发光二极管封装结构内设置红色发光二极管、绿色发光二极管和蓝色发光二极管。

2、根据权利要求1所述的柔性防水灯条,其特征在于:所述防水胶设为环氧树脂。
3、根据权利要求2所述的柔性防水灯条,其特征在于:所述发光二极管封装结构内设置单色发光二极管。
4、根据权利要求2所述的柔性防水灯条,其特征在于:所述发光二极管封装结构内设置红色发光二极管、绿色发光二极管和蓝色发光二极管。
