一种防爆的微动开关，其特征是在微动开关塑料外壳的外面加套一个塑料罩，塑料罩里面微动开关的尼龙推杆连接活动的内磁铁，内磁铁与塑料外壳之间连有内弹簧，塑料罩外面连接环氧树脂，在环氧树脂外与内磁铁对应位置连有按钮和外磁铁，外磁铁与环氧树酯之间连有外弹簧。本实用新型的优点是：通过塑料罩外面浇封环氧树脂，使内外空气隔绝，达到微动开关防爆的目的，产品易于加工，可用于有混合爆炸性气体出现的场所，和防水要求的场合，也可用于普通的微动开关的防爆改造。

本实用新型涉及一种电气微动开关，特别涉及一种防爆的微动开关。
背景技术
通常的微动开关有一个塑料外壳，操作时外力通过一个尼龙推杆推动里面微动开关的金属触点，使微动开关接通和分断。在触点接通和分断的瞬间会产生电火花，由于塑料外壳不密封，此时如果周围环境中存在爆炸性气体，容易引起爆炸。一般的微动开关均不具备防爆的能力，因而普通的微动开关在这些特殊的场合使用受到严格的限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防爆的微动开关，它可以有效地防爆，在出现混合爆炸气体的场所均可使用。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括塑料外壳、尼龙推杆、按钮，其特征是在微动开关塑料外壳的外面加套一个塑料罩，塑料罩里面微动开关的尼龙推杆连接活动的内磁铁，内磁铁与塑料外壳之间连有内弹簧，塑料罩外面连接环氧树脂，在环氧树脂外与内磁铁对应位置连有按钮和外磁铁，外磁铁与环氧树酯之间连有外弹簧，内磁铁和外磁铁保持相斥的极性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括塑料外壳1、尼龙推杆2、按钮8，其特征是在微动开关塑料外壳1的外面加套一个塑料罩9，塑料罩里面微动开关的尼龙推杆连接活动的内磁铁4，内磁铁与塑料外壳之间连有内弹簧10，塑料罩9外面连接环氧树脂6，在环氧树脂外与内磁铁4对应位置连有按钮8和外磁铁5，外磁铁与环氧树酯之间连有外弹簧11，内磁铁和外磁铁保持相斥的极性。当按下按钮8，与之相粘结的磁铁5对塑料罩9内的磁铁4产生斥力，使磁铁4推动尼龙推杆2，从而推动微动开关的金属触点3，使导线接通。当未按下按钮8时，磁铁5与磁铁4在弹簧10和弹簧11的回弹作用下回复到原位置，推杆2恢复原位，金属触点3断开。金属触点3的接通与断开的信号通过引出线7向外传递。
