本实用新型涉及一种隔离型按键,含有按键座、按键杠杆轴固定卡扣、按键帽、按键弹簧、按键杠杆、电子控制单元,其中按键杠杆一端置于按键座内,按键杠杆另一端内嵌有永磁体;电子控制单元设有磁敏元件,采用机械原理使得电子控制单元的磁敏元件状态发生变化来告知电子电子控制单元执行相应操作。按键与电子单元不直接采用电气连接,避免了按键因解除水汽引起的按键失灵等现象。

本实用新型涉及一种按键,特别是一种隔离型按键。
背景技术
一般电子产品和仪器仪表类产品都设有按键,普通的按键都是直接与电子产品和仪器仪表类产品的电子单元直接采用电气连接,如果设置在电子产品外部的按键接触水汽,水汽很有可能渗入到内部的电子单元从而导致按键失灵,甚至影响电子产品的正常使用,按键和电子产品的电子控制单元采用电气连接,遇到大电压、大电流冲击或恶意破坏,也可损坏按键和电子产品。
    本实用新型提供一种隔离型按键,按键和电子控制单元隔离开,不直接采用电气连接,从而杜绝了按键部分因为接触水汽影响按键使用的弊端。
发明内容   
本实用新型的目的是提供一种隔离型按键,此按键结构设计使得按键部分和电子控制单元隔离开来,从而杜绝按键因和电子单元采用电气连接,按键部分接触水汽导致的按键失灵的现象。
   为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:
 一种隔离型按键,含有按键座、按键杠杆轴固定卡扣、按键帽、按键弹簧、按键杠杆、电子控制单元,其特征是:按键杠杆一端置于按键座内,按键杠杆另一端内嵌有永磁体;电子控制单元设有磁敏元件,按键弹簧安装于按键座内;按键杠杆上设有杠杆轴;杠杆轴卡在按键杠杆轴固定卡扣内,按键帽与按键座采用弹性卡扣连接。 
 本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)    本实用新型按键不直接与电子单元电气连接,而是采用机械原理使得电子控制单元的磁敏元件状态发生变化来告知电子电子控制单元执行相应操作。
(2)    本实用新型由于按键不直接与电子控制单元电气连接,避免了按键接触外部潮湿环境、水汽导致按键失灵的弊端。

具体实施方式
 下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步详细的描述。
  如附图1所示: 一种隔离型按键,含有(6)按键座、(8)按键杠杆轴固定卡扣、(7)按键帽、(5)按键弹簧、(3)按键杠杆、(1)电子控制单元,其特征是:按键杠杆一端置于按键座内,按键杠杆另一端内嵌有永磁体(4),电子控制单元设有磁敏元件(2),按键弹簧安装于按键座内;按键杠杆上设有杠杆轴;杠杆轴卡在按键杠杆轴固定卡扣内,按键帽与按键座采用弹性卡扣连接。
本实用新型的装配过程和工作原理如下所述:
     首先将按键弹簧置于按键座内,再将按键杠杆未嵌入永磁体的一端置于按键座内,按键杠杆上的杠杆轴卡在按键杠杆轴固定卡扣内,最后将按键帽卡在按键座的弹性卡扣内,至此,本发明专利装配完毕,其工作原理是:需要触发按键时,按下按键帽,由于杠杆原理,内嵌有永磁体的按键杠杆一端与电子控制单元靠近并接触,电子控制单元的磁敏原件吸合,电子控制单元中中央处理器接收到磁敏元件吸合的信号时,中央处理器将执行相应操作。
   在电子领域应用本实用新型制造的电子产品也应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种隔离型按键,含有按键座、按键杠杆轴固定卡扣、按键帽、按键弹簧、按键杠杆、电子控制单元,其特征是:按键杠杆一端置于按键座内,按键杠杆另一端内嵌有永磁体;电子控制单元设有磁敏元件,按键弹簧安装于按键座内;按键杠杆上设有杠杆轴;杠杆轴卡在按键杠杆轴固定卡扣内,按键帽与按键座采用弹性卡扣连接。
