Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种沼气发酵系统的刮板式螺旋进料装置,包括料斗式机架,机架的一侧设有送料管,机架内对应送料管处设置有延伸至送料管入口的螺旋轴;螺旋轴的一侧设有送料板,送料板上设置有刮料挡板;送料板下面两侧安装有运动滚子组;所述斗式机架内侧对应运动滚子组处设有平行导轨,运动滚子组在导轨内滚动。在外在动力的作用下,运动滚子组带动送料板及刮料挡板在导轨内做间隙性往复运动,将进入机架的农作物秸秆及人畜粪便等有机垃圾送入螺旋轴,再由输送管送入发酵罐内进行发酵。本实用新型实现了沼气发酵系统进料工序的机械化,提高了发酵罐进料的效率,减轻了进料的劳动强度,避免了人工进料造成的人力资源浪费。

本实用新型属于机械领域,涉及一种沼气发酵系统的进料装置,尤其涉及一种刮板式螺旋进料装置。
背景技术
厌氧消化技术是目前世界上处理各类有机废弃物如垃圾、人畜粪便、秸杆等最有效的处理技术之一,是当今世界各国研究利用废弃物、提高环保水平的一种有效方法。厌氧消化技术是一个生物作用的过程,各种有机质在厌氧及其它适宜条件下,通过微生物的作用,最终转化成含甲烷值高的沼气和富有营养的优质有机肥。
现有沼气发酵设备的进料工序主要靠人工完成,效率低,劳动强度高,造成大量的人力浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机械化程度高的沼气发酵系统的刮板式螺旋进料装置。
本实用新型的刮板式螺旋进料装置,包括料斗式机架,机架的一侧设有送料管,机架内对应送料管处设置有延伸至送料管入口的螺旋轴;螺旋轴的一侧设有送料板,送料板上设置有刮料挡板;送料板下面两侧安装有运动滚子组;所述斗式机架内侧对应运动滚子组处设有平行导轨,运动滚子组沿导轨滚动。
在外在动力的作用下,运动滚子组带动送料板及刮料挡板在平行导轨内做间隙性往复运动,将进入机架的农作物秸秆及人畜粪便等有机垃圾送入螺旋轴,再由输送管送入发酵罐内进行发酵。
本实用新型实现了沼气发酵系统进料工序的机械化,提高了发酵罐进料的效率,减轻了进料的劳动强度,避免了人工进料造成的人力资源浪费。

具体实施方式
一种刮板式螺旋进料装置,包括料斗式机架07,机架07的一侧设有送料管03,机架内对应送料管03处设置有延伸至送料管入口的螺旋轴01;螺旋轴01一侧设置有送料板02,送料板上面安装有刮料挡板04;送料板02下面两侧安装有运动滚子组06。在斗式机架07内侧对应运动滚子组处设有两条平行导轨05,运动滚子组06由导轨05支持,并在导轨内滚动。
在外力作用下,运动滚子组沿导轨做间隙性的往复运动,带动刮料挡板将进入机架的农作物秸秆及人畜粪便等有机垃圾送入运动的螺旋轴,再由输送管送入发酵罐内进行发酵。

1、一种刮板式螺旋进料装置,其特征在于:包括料斗式机架(07),机架的一侧设有送料管(03),机架内对应送料管(03)处设置有延伸至送料管入口的螺旋轴(01);螺旋轴(01)的一侧设置有送料板(02),送料板(02)下面两侧安装有运动滚子组(06);所述斗式机架(07)内侧对应运动滚子组处设有导轨(05),运动滚子组(06)在导轨(05)内滚动。
2、如权利要求1所述的刮板式螺旋进料装置,其特征在于:所述送料板上设置有刮料挡板(04)。
