一种轴承内圈钢管,包括管体,所述管体内壁的横截面为正多边形,较优化的,所述管体内壁的横截面为正六边形。将本实用新型分段切割,即可生产出轴承内圈,轴伸入到轴承内圈内,由于本实用新型切割出的轴承内圈具有正多边形的内截面,因此轴与轴承内圈的配合不需要如现有轴承内圈那样紧密,即使有配合间隙,轴在转动时还可在多边形的各条边上找到受力点从而实现转动。另外,轴与内圈配合后不仅可转动,还可轴向滑动,适用范围进一步扩大。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承内圈钢管。
(二)背景技术
轴承内圈一般是由轴承内圈钢管切割而成。轴承内圈是轴承的一个重要组成部分。轴承内圈的结构很简单,是一个圈状物体,现有的轴承内圈的内壁的横截面均为圆形,这种轴承内圈与轴相配合时,要求轴与轴承内圈的配合十分紧密及精密,否则将造成无法工作的后果。另外,轴与轴承内圈配合后只能转动,适用范围较窄。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有轴承内圈与轴的配合较麻烦、适用范围窄的不足,本实用新型提供一种用于生产轴承内圈的轴承内圈钢管,切割出的轴承内圈与轴的配合十分简便、适用范围广。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种轴承内圈钢管,包括管体,所述管体内壁的横截面为正多边形。
进一步,所述管体内壁的横截面为正六边形。
将本实用新型分段切割,即可生产出轴承内圈,轴伸入到轴承内圈内,由于本实用新型切割出的轴承内圈具有正多边形的内截面,因此轴与轴承内圈的配合不需要如现有轴承内圈那样紧密,即使有配合间隙,轴在转动时还可在多边形的各条边上找到受力点从而实现转动。另外,轴与内圈配合后不仅可转动,还可轴向滑动,适用范围进一步扩大。
