技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种B43型柴油机连杆,具体地说是限定气缸缸径90mm和活塞行程100mm的连杆,用于直喷式高速柴油发动机,保证柴油机工作的可靠稳定。
背景技术
连杆是连接活塞和曲轴的传力零件,由连杆小头、杆身和连杆大头构成。连杆受缸内气压力的压缩和往复惯性力的拉伸,产生严重的疲劳应力状态。连杆要保证足够的疲劳强度,一般尺寸要足够,形状要圆滑,采用高强度优质结构钢45或合金钢40Cr、40CrNi等模锻,并采用提高强度的工艺措施。连杆长度是内燃机最重要的尺寸参数之一,它直接影响到内燃机的总体设计。连杆杆身从弯曲刚度和锻造工艺性考虑,多用工字形断面。连杆小头要有足够的壁厚,同时要特别注意小头到杆身过渡的圆滑性,以减小应力集中。连杆大头多采用平切口结构,它形状简单,结构紧凑,质量轻,可减小惯性力,减轻振动,减小摩擦损失,工作可靠。平切口连杆一般用连杆螺栓定位。连杆螺栓主要承受活塞与连杆的往复惯性力的拉伸作用。连杆装配时拧紧连杆螺栓的预紧力,一定要大大超过它工作时承受的拉伸力,以免大头接合面分离。螺栓预紧力还用于把连杆轴瓦以足够的过盈量压紧在连杆大头孔中。一般连杆螺栓的预紧力使螺栓中的应力接近甚至略为超过材料屈服极限。连杆螺栓负荷大,责任重,而尺寸又要尽可能小以保证连杆大头尺寸紧凑,所以一般都用高强度的中碳优质合金结构钢制造。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种B43型柴油机连杆,能保证有足够的疲劳强度,连杆大头刚度强,重量轻,能减轻曲轴和机体所承受的惯性力。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型连杆由连杆小头、工字形断面和连杆大头连为一体;
所述的连杆小头内圆直径为:32~34mm,外圆面直径为:44~46mm,端面直径为:41~43mm。
所述的工字形断面宽度为:18~20mm,长度为:25~27mm,断面的最小宽度为:4~6mm。
所述的连杆大头厚度为:31~33mm,外圆面直径为:88~89mm。所述的连杆大头上设有两个连杆螺栓孔,螺栓孔长度为:24~26mm,两螺栓孔的间距为:72~73mm。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本实用新型连杆选择了合理的连杆长度,小头和大头孔直径及宽度,工字形断面尺寸等,选用高强度的材料40Cr,采用提高强度的先进工艺措施;能保证足够的疲劳强度;使连杆大头有足够的刚度,能防止连杆螺栓受到过大的附加载荷;重量轻,能减轻曲轴和机体所承受的惯性力。

本实用新型连杆由连杆小头1、工字形断面2和连杆大头3连为一体;所述的连杆小头1内圆直径为:33mm,外圆面直径为:45mm,端面直径为:42mm。所述的工字形断面2断面宽度为:19mm,长度为:26mm,断面的最小宽度为:5mm。所述的连杆大头3厚度为:32mm,外圆面直径为:88.4mm。连杆大头3上设有两个连杆螺栓孔4,螺栓孔长度为:25mm,两螺栓孔的间距为:72.5mm。

1、一种B43型柴油机连杆,由连杆小头(1)、工字形断面(2)和连杆大头(3)连为一体,其特征是连杆小头(1)内圆直径为:32~34mm,外圆面直径为:44~46mm,端面直径为:41~43mm;所述的工字形断面(2)断面宽度为:18~20mm,长度为:25~27mm,断面的最小宽度为4~6mm;所述的连杆大头(3)厚度为:31~33mm,外圆面直径为:88~89mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的B43型柴油机连杆,其特征在于所述的连杆大头(3)上设有两个连杆螺栓孔(4)。
