本实用新型的技术解决方案是：它是在已有由阀座、承接套、阀芯和弹簧构成的浮箍浮鞋芯体的阀座外壁上设有连接螺纹和密封圈槽，阀芯的阀杆尾部通过螺纹固定有连接杆，连接杆上套有通过销杆固定在其上的泄压盘，阀杆上从泄压盘到承接套依次套有密封垫和垫环。
