本实用新型涉及瓦楞纸箱箱坯修边加工刀具领域。
背景技术
目前瓦楞纸箱箱坯的加工最主要加工方式是开槽加工。在开槽加工过程中，纸箱箱坯的修边是由分纸装置完成的，通常采用上下分纸刀剪切式结构。上、下分纸刀在对瓦楞纸板进行修边时，由于刀间存在较大的剪切力，对整个瓦楞纸箱箱坯产生一个很大阻力，最终导致纸板歪斜，而且刀片因为剪切力大而磨损较快。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有瓦楞纸板印刷开槽机分纸刀上述之不足而提供一种瓦楞纸板印刷开槽机分纸刀。
本实用新型包括立架、上分纸刀轴1、上分纸刀座2、上分纸刀3、下分纸刀轴4和下分纸刀5，上分纸刀轴1和下分纸刀轴4分别安装在立架上，上分纸刀座2安装在上分纸刀轴1上，上分纸刀3安装在上座2上，下分纸刀5安装在下分纸刀5；但在上分纸刀3的刃口上开有锯齿型的齿3-1。
本实用新型有如下优点：本实用新型采用了传统剪切机构，但是在上分纸刀片刃口上开锯齿，极大减小修边作业的剪切力，较好地解决了分纸导致纸板歪斜的现象，同时延长了刀片的使用寿命，提高了箱坯加工的精度(对角线)。

具体实施方式
将现有的瓦楞纸板印刷开槽机分纸刀的上分纸刀刃口上开锯齿，开锯齿的方法是：用成型车刀在刀片外缘车出凹槽，用铣刀分度式铣出单侧锯齿，再翻面装夹后铣出另一侧锯齿。

1、一种瓦楞纸板印刷开槽机分纸刀，包括立架、上分纸刀轴(1)、上分纸刀座(2)、上分纸刀(3)、下分纸刀轴(4)和下分纸刀(5)，上分纸刀轴(1)和下分纸刀轴(4)分别安装在立架上，上分纸刀座(2)安装在上分纸刀轴(1)上，上分纸刀(3)安装在上座(2)上，下分纸刀(5)安装在下分纸刀(5)；其特征在于上分纸刀(3)的刃口上开有锯齿型的齿(3-1)。
