本实用新型涉及一种环氧干式变压器高压线圈分接抽头用端子套,属于变压器附件技术领域。
背景技术
目前,环氧干式变压器的高压线圈分接区抽头一般采用绕组原线与铜接线柱焊接完成,经装模、浇注、并固化成型而形成一只完整的高压线圈。传统的分接引线与铜接线柱的焊接多采用磷铜焊接,采用这种焊接,如果焊接不牢固,构成虚焊必将增大接触电阻,且因焊接时的高温也容易造成此处绝缘老化,焊接完成后还必须要去尖角、毛刺。所有这些工序操作比较费时,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种安全性能好同时操作简单方便的环氧干式变压器高压线圈分接抽头用端子套。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种环氧干式变压器高压线圈分接抽头用端子套,该环氧干式变压器高压线圈分接抽头用端子套包括铜管,且在铜管沿长度方向的中心处设置有定位凹槽。
在铜管的内壁设置有铜网。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
本实用新型安全性能好并且操作简单方便。使用时,将定位凹槽一侧的铜管与线圈原线连接并用冷接钳压接,将定位凹槽另一侧的铜管与铜接线柱上的铜棒用冷压接钳压接,操作简单方便同时使得原线与接线柱的接触牢固,减少了安全隐患,安全性能提高;在铜管的中部设置有定位凹槽,使得分接走线定位准确。
通过在铜管的内壁焊接铜网,增大了原线和接线柱分别与铜管的接触面积,保证了导线与接线柱的充分接触,使得本实用新型的使用性能增强。

具体实施方式

2、根据权利要求1所述的环氧干式变压器高压线圈分接抽头用端子套,其特征在于在铜管(1)的内壁设置有铜网(2)。
