本实用新型涉及的是一种吊顶电器面板。
背景技术
一般的一种吊顶电器面板，包括基板、透光玻璃，基板中部设有透光孔，透光玻璃盖于透光孔处。为了能达到更好的透光效果，用胶水直接将透光玻璃粘固于基板透光孔周边。此做法虽然简单，但存在如下弊端：1、因粘贴不牢，玻璃容易因安装的振动而松脱；2、胶水因长时间在灯光发热的情况容易失去粘力，玻璃容易松脱；3、透光玻璃破损后，更换困难；4、因温差冷热造成玻璃变形、拉裂，在运输过程中因挤压玻璃易造成玻璃破损。

本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种吊顶电器面板，该种面板的透光玻璃更换容易，能长期牢固地固定于面板上。

一种吊顶电器面板，包括基板、透光玻璃，所述基板中部设有透光孔，透光玻璃盖于透光孔处，其特征是：所述基板在靠近透光玻璃的周边处设有多个扣孔，环形固定框压着透光玻璃周边处外表面，固定框在与扣孔的相应处设有扣条，固定框的各扣条穿过各自相应的扣孔后弯折将透光玻璃固定于基板上。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行具体描述
如图1、图2所示，一种吊顶电器面板，包括基板1、透光玻璃2，所述基板1中部设有透光孔，透光孔呈长方形，透光玻璃2盖于透光孔处。所述基板1在靠近透光玻璃的周边处设有多个扣孔3，所述扣孔3为方形。环形固定框4压着透光玻璃周边处外表面，并且所述固定框4包裹着透光玻璃的边缘，可以起到保护透光玻璃边缘不受碰撞的作用。固定框4外边缘在与扣孔的相应处设有扣条5。固定框4的各扣条5穿过各自相应的扣孔3后，然后弯折就可以将固定框连接于面板，同时将透光玻璃2夹紧固定于基板1上。另外为了设计需要扣孔也可设计成半圆形或梅花形，或者其它形状。
本实用新型透光玻璃采用活动压扣式进行固定，既牢固可靠又美观。可以通过松开固定框松开透光玻璃，更换玻璃容易。与现有技术相比，透光玻璃与面板的固定连接无需粘贴剂，透光玻璃能长期牢固地固定于面板上，不受面板温度和面板振动的影响。同时，基板上设有扣孔，在安装面板后，天花面板内的灯发光时，在天花面板大灯周边会出现一排很清晰的小孔，既可以透光，又雅致美观尤如星星点砌。

1. 一种吊顶电器面板，包括基板(1)、透光玻璃(2)，所述基板(1)中部设有透光孔，透光玻璃(2)盖于透光孔处，其特征是：所述基板(1)在靠近透光玻璃的周边处设有多个扣孔(3)，环形固定框(4)压着透光玻璃(2)周边处外表面，固定框(4)在与扣孔(3)的相应处设有扣条(5)，固定框(4)的各扣条(5)穿过各自相应的扣孔(3)后弯折将透光玻璃(2)固定于基板(1)上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吊顶电器面板，其特征是：所述扣孔(3)为方形、半圆形或梅花形。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种吊顶电器面板，其特征是：所述固定框(4)包裹着透光玻璃的边缘。
